I still think it's possible. XR seems like the kind of person who'd want to be in a relationship; someone who doesn't necessarily enjoy being alone.
And even though "42" was overall baaaad writing, he did everything he could for her, he was really sweet.
He was also exceptionally nice to Savy - is she the only one who's ever been able to convince him to take on NOS?

Actually, Booster was the first.
It's really late right now, so I might not be thinking clearly, but... I don't trust anything in 42, OR The Slayer... we've discussed how messed up that one was. 9_9;
I don't mean that he wouldn't want ANYone, but I just... think he seems like he needs more platonic love than romantic love.
Basically, XR is pretty new to the world and doesn't seem ready for a relationship to me... yeah, I know it's a fast turnaround and it might even go on to bite me in the butt later. :\ Like... tomorrow, even. But right now I feel confident enough to defend my opinion...

Actually, Booster was the first. Oh- my mistake... I don't remember, which episode was that? That makes sense. I guess I tend to forget just how "young" XR is. He acts like an adult (...er, tries to, anyway...  ). But yeah, that's true. |

I think it was the first episode Nos-4-A2 was in, when Booster brought XR back to reality, getting all confident and brave. We all know it didn't last for long, heh, but XR did take out Nos-4-A2 on his own, after a 'bonk' to the head by Booster's words.

...what Booster really did, actually, was show XR his creation authorization form... which as we know was signed and initialed by his 'daddy'. <3
He dug around inside XR's chest compartment to get it though and it looks like he hurt him for a moment there...
yeah, I pay way too much attention to what XR is doing at all times...

O.o No, not at all! I feel like I'm always watching him, too; and then when he's not on anymore I feel like I'm not paying as much attention...  But watching each of the characters for little reactions and stuff is what makes animation so much fun! |
