Ah, I know!! ;D His uber cuteness will probably end up distracting me from the movie... X3 He's much more expressive than that I thought he'd be when I first saw that design. I'm impressed that they got him to bend all the way over like that!
Oh yeah, I'm curious about her too. Actually, I was reading something a while back in my Intro to Media class about the history of computers (zzzz...) and it mentioned something about an "EVE" project. Naturally I looked it up but all I could find was one really low-quality picture. I'm intrigued...

Where did you guys see the humans from the movie? I've seen a bunch of trailers and teasers and I haven't seen any human. Hah, I remember that the guys from perfect dark 64 (rare) did a website for the carrington institute back in 1999-2002. Someone even asked a magazine if it was real, and if that's what they based the game on, haha, but no, it's just a clever way to get people's attention.

Well, I know it's not real, but wow. That's the best, most complex website I've ever seen made for a Disney movie.

Well, technically it's a Pixar film ;D and Pixar always goes the extra mile.
The only thing that worries me is that the plot already seems a lot like Happy Feet...

Just from what we've heard so far; how it starts out with just WALL-E on Earth, and then moves out into space and a much larger storyline... kind of reminds me of the way Happy Feet started out with just Mumble on Antartica and then spread out into this whole other disconnected storyline. Plus the environmental issue. But I'm sure there will be more to it than that. And Pixar has yet to disappoint me.

Happy Feet was alright in the beginning, then Mumble got ostracized, expelled from his home, and wound up in a zoo! I was depressed! And then it shot to how humans were over-fishing, and then a team of fleshies appeared....in a 3D movie. Interesting!
I bet WALL-E has something do with a subtle environmental theme, but not too heavy to repel some viewers away. After all, it's Pixar! Don't think they're one for overly deep messages.

What about all the deep messages in A Bug's Life about believing in yourself and how dictatorships are baaaad? Or themes of growing old in Toy Story 2? Of love and loss in Finding Nemo? Or in Cars, the sad, true story of Route 66 being totally abandoned? Pixar can be deep, very deep; they just do so in such an amazingly subtle way. [/rant] ;P

I love how you say [glow=red,2,300]"It's Pixar"[/glow] like Pixar is a magical land where there's no sadness or despair. <33333 Anyways, I wouldn't be surprised if this movie DOES contain a big message about environmental protection, considering all the stuff that's been happening lately. Or if Al Gore shows up at the premiere.

XDDDD I guess that's how I view them! A magical land of happy rays, and shiny unicorns prancing on rainbows! Well....maybe not that far out....
I felt those themes in those movies, BG, but...I dunno. I guess they were deep, and I just didn't feel it right. Probably. I just thought those messages were common sense, and should have been no-brainers. Dictators are bad, believe in yourself, we get old, and ecetera. Save for the Cars message. I really didn't know what to think about that, besides don't be a jerkish hot-shot, especially if your girlfriend is a porche! XD
Don't know about Incredibles either...family values? Kinda got scary in one scene when they started to argue with the children hidden ;~;
But you're right. There's probably concealed meanings I failed to realize...I do that sometimes. Should sit down one day and watch all the movies in a row!

I just think their stories are so beautifully crafted. Yeah... Haha, I watched it just yesterday. Syndrome is the greatest villain EVER. He's so complex. XD I've done that... at least three times...

Syndrome....he's creepy, but I don't blame him for feeling neglected by his all time favourite hero. Although, he took it too far a notch. A for effort! I feel bad for all the heroes and heroines he killed though. That's a shame. Karma paid him back of course. Never EVER wear capes XD
