My brother was into it for a while, so I was bombarded with it and learned all the names of the characters and a few vestiges of plot...
But I'd never watch the movies of my own free will. |D; They bore meh.

What can you do XD
I saw parts of it started as a kid, but since it was started it was a little boring, I remember first seeing a desert or something. Then I changed the channel, then I put it back and saw darth vader without mask, which was a little weird, bizarre but totally cool, then I don't remember.
I missed out on all the fights, and saber battles.
I also saw the mask started and felt about the same, then I saw it completely from beginning to end, and what do you know!, I loved the mask.
Now days you don't need to have seen the movie to know what happens "oh they are brothers" "oh he is your father" "the force yeah" "woo sooo shooosh wooom", there are spoilers everywhere you go and in anything you watch, people have taken away the whole surprise factor of the flick.
Two years ago I saw a fan video of two guys fighting with saber, it was awesome o.o. Like crouching tiger hidden dragon but techie.
Who knows where space stuff would be now without star trek and star wars to take the first step.
Now, I'm pretty sure I've never seen star trek, not parts of it, maybe clips from it on biographies and documentaries, but not the actual show.

Well Alexa I can understand....
I started to watch the movies since I was wee little pup! Totally grew on me like a fungus it did! I say if you watch 4,5,6 and then 1,2,3 it falls together like a beautiful puzzle....*le sigh*
DARTH VADER OWNS!

>_> That part really made me sad inside....REALLY.
He was sooooo cool in the cartoon, but he sucked kaadu eggs in the movie! I wanted the design from the cartoon, as well.

SQUEE! It was the worst Star Wars moment ever....My second fave killed by Obi-Wan. OBI-WAN! He can't account for beans! Although he did wipe the floor with Darth Maul

I'm serious! Darth Maul got cut in half! Dooku got beheaded, and Sidious got thrown down a 3800 mile shaft into the main reactor of the Death Star! No main villian gets killed by blaster fire! NOT COOL MR. LUCAS! REDEME YOURSELF!

XDDDD *headdesk*
Emperor Palpatine got what was coming to him! Tis true though. None really did die like that. Thrawn got stabbed, Vader died of mortal wounds, WAIT! There was one guy who did die by blaster!
Uhhhhh....drats! He was shot by Leia
Trioculus! The fraud son of Palpatine

But still, How could he leave his chest cavity wide open like that!?! Had I been there I'd whack Grievous with something and shut it myself. But then I would have screwed the future up and killed Obi-Wan... Not cool, I like Obi-Wan, he was cool.
