I'd have to see it to judge it.
They're doing the same to Batman, but in a direct to video movie.
overall Batman looks like girly crap. I mean, I'm no fan of highly stylized appearance of the dc animated universe, but in that movie they just made it look plain bad (human characters on the other hand look ok).
There is the possibility that they could end up making this stitch cartoon look better than the already bad looking tv series, like with the power puff girls.
This current, most common Anime tendency pisses me off, A LOT, I could barely stand two or three episodes of this harumi susumiya, seinfeld isn't about nothing, THIS IS. ARGH, it's how they act, and do things, the main character believes herself too special to be with other people, and she really isn't, then this other stupid girl acts all dumb and cry baby over nothing, can't be touched without making her cry. It's hard to describe, makes my blood boil.
DRAGON BALL PLS.
I'll just... wait, wait and see. Many of the cartoons we see that are't considered anime are all ready animated in Asian countries like Japan, I'm not gonna hate it because it's done there.

I want to take the same attitude as you, but it's hard for me to get over them throwing out Lilo. D: She's one of my all-time favorite characters.

Huh? No, I don't care that it's anime... I just don't think that it's Lilo & Stitch without Lilo. (Though Lilo or no Lilo, it can't be any worse than the terrible show they made over here.)

NO LILO?!
NO FREAKING LILO?!!
I hadn't read the whole article, just the first two paragraphs, I see now.
HANAKO MY BUNIONS
THIS IS BULLCRAP.
I'll have to re think my attitude
I thought it was gonna be like the ninja turtle ovas, THEY WERE ALL THERE (at least the main ones, it's not like they left out a turtle or their master!). Instead, this like that spider-man live actions series based on spider-man, hey!, let's make spider-man into a crappy ultraman knock-off!, forget Peter Parker!, let's just put some asian guy!.
we'll still see, but I'm not liking this so far.

An anime based on Lilo & Stitch? Hm, sounds interesting. I liked the anime incarnation of the Powerpuff Girls so to me this sounds rather interesting. I just hope they don't drastically change much of the character designs. I'll just have to wait and see how this turns out.

that retarded duck, I hate it so far.
They had a chance to improve the lousy animation, BUT IT LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME, it WAS by the same studio, I don't have proof, but it just was.
So stitch can take out a GIANT COP ALIEN, who is said to know martial arts, but he is running from a giant bird that is bound to weigh LESS than gantu?!.
I hope they don't just flat out ignore Lilo, I hope she has grown, or found herself in a complete family (with Nani of course, and hopefully David too, so supportive from the beggining), so she no longer needs her "Angel". That would give a conclusion to LILO and stitch, he came did his thing, now there is a little girl who may need him more (but doesn't look like she does... ).
I'm looking forward to this NOT taking space in the programming slots, I preffer the two episodes of jake long in a row, I don't necesarily watch it, but it makes me feel better.

Gargoyles and Gummi Bears were made in the Japanese Disney studio?! Man, I loved those shows! Oh, RedRage, what you saw must have been a SOAP-OPERA anime of the shoujo genre. I advise you to stay away from them unless you dig that kind of genre. Which you obviously don't. XDD
Um... I'm a big fan of Japanese animanga but this... should have never come out. I mean, why keep the aliens the same and not Lilo herself? And that girl doesn't even seem to be Lilo in the first place. What's Stitch without Lilo?! This really feels like an animated doujinshi (fan-made comic) that some hyped-up fan came up with. *head-desks*
I'll stick to my real animanga, kthnxbai.

Gargoyles and Gummi Bears were made in the Japanese Disney studio?! And Buzz Lightyear too. Btw, I love GUmmi bears too!, specially Zummi. SOAP-OPERA anime of the shoujo genre. I advise you to stay away from them unless you dig that kind of genre. Which you obviously don't. XDD what I saw was haruhi susumiya, but what you see in one anime gets repeated in others, despite the genre, anime get to be TOO generic sometimes. There have been times when I saw a character and "hey it's ddr's emi!".... and "no, wait!, *reads name of character* " no it's not. I'll give you a couple of examples, knight's of the zodiac's shun rei, kind of acts like the stupidly over worried girl who does nothing, but worry, and hold her hands against her chest. I've seen her type in other series. An example that is a bit general is the crybaby girl I mentioned in the post above, the difference is that sun rei has real reasons to worry. Then there is sakura. "oh yes, naruto!". No, from street fighter, pick one, the alpha movies, victory, the non alpha movies. Depending where she is from she can act a lot like haruhi susumiya, or better said, haruhi acts like sakura, hyper active, cheerful, determined and very cocky, just that haruhi goes as far as being a total jerk and an a-hole, "uh, I don't like you, you're not special, you're not an alien or anything, neither am I, but I AM special". Yeah... right, please die. Not to mention that there are like 3 billions of gaziyillions of sakuras... like one, or one thousand per cartoon. Hey, creative name for a character, don't you think?. An anime that has a style that I think is hip, very new, young looking, is one piece. I've never, ever thought that tattoos are cool, or original, or anything anywhere near that. But when I saw them in a luffy and company pin up, I thought they made them look cool, still I don't like them in real life. Plus, the anime's style, is, for a change, original not the generic eyes you see everywhere, although not all that far from it. Not the generic carbon copied school girls you see so often. Except that some things, like expressions (*jaw drop*), are ripped right out of dragon ball, luffy too I think, but he was a nameless character in a crowd, seen in a single panel probably.
