((a blow-torch?))
"Hey, kid, guess what?" Warp asked through the room's intercom. He had opted to stay outside until Jana told him it was safe to enter. Walking into a room at the time of a detonation would be a bad thing.

(oh pffffft xD yes. That is what I mean xD)
Jana put away her blow-torch as she heard Warps voice over the intercom "What is it Warp?" She asked pushing the door open button on the wall near her "Come on in~"

"Zurg finally assigned me to a job that might be worth my while. I'm helping you with your project." Warp smiled broadly. As if he'd just won some huge competition.

Jana chuckled "Well you sure seem happy don't you. And your welcome to come help." Jana said with a smile "It turns out, he wants me to make......another clone machine?" Jana paused "He's already done that..."

(O____o ok...something wierd happened to your post xD) Jana smiled "Thanks. You know what they say: One persons junk is another persons treasure"
Hopefully we can make something that works better, and yeah, I do have some blue prints" Jana said taking out a blew paper, and opening up "I just did a few modifications to it, just a few though, and I had some help from a few of the brain pods too. What do you think?" Jana said as she showed Warp the schematics

((yeah, just saw/fixed that. Yours could use a little help too.))
"Yeah. It's all about perspective, isn't it?" Warp grinned, a string of comment running across his mind.
"Oh did you now?" Warp pretended to be surprised. "Lets have a look then." He said as he a leaned just a little further over Jana's shoulder to get a better look at the prints. After a moments thought he asked, "What if...instead of having a computer separate from the development tank, we just plug the computer or three different, possibly smaller computers directly into the tanks. That way you minimize the chance of losing your data, which might have been part of the problem last time.
Obviously you can't get someones entire genetic code from one strand of DNA. I wonder if we could supstitute the missing pieces somehow?" Warp speculated as he studied Jana's work.

(fixed it too xD) "Hmm. I think you may have a point." Jana said as she wrote in the details "What do you suggest we use to substitute the missing pieces?" Jana asked, not really knowing for her at the moment (Short POST is short =3)

"Well....um, this is just a shot in the dark but maybe if we got enough of a genetic code so that we knew what we were missing...then we could substitute the missing pieces with something like...frog DNA?" Warp glanced at Jana as if expecting to be told how much of guess that really was. It even sounded ridiculous to him. "Of course there's the risk that you might have some deformities in the final product but we might be able to work that out or just get a better substitute."

Jana gave Warp a look "Frog DNA? Really? I seriously doubt frog DNA would work. Their DNA structure is completely different than most of the people around here....I think" Jana said, thinking

"I didn't mean frog DNA specifically. I was referring to the idea of jumping gender. Frogs, shrimp, orchids and even some tropical fish can do it. The idea being that if you have enough of a genetic code, you can use a "missing piece to fill in a blank and it'll probably work. That is if you get the right "missing piece." Warp looked up from the schematics Jana had given him. "It would be really obvious if we screwed up. As in the clones had an extra eye or limb or even a deficiency. Just a thought though. I'm not really an expert on the subject." He shrugged.

She thought about it for a moment, before turning back to Warp "You know. I think that the only thing wrong, were maybe just the settings the machine were put on. One point it was too young, and then it was too old."
"It's always worth a try, you know?"

"Do you have to shoot down all of my ideas?" Warp asked, a defeated look on his face. "I guess it's worth a try."

Smiling, she rolled her eye at Warp, ignoring his comment
"I think we should test it out with something. What do you think we should use?" she inquired, looking over the blue prints. She wanted to have things written down, in case one of them forgot

"Hmmm." Warp looked around the room for a minute to see if there was anything readily a valiable. An evil grin came across he face when he noticed a lone grub standing in an open door-way on the other side of the space.
"How about some grubs?"
