Seriously everyone, I've read this book several times and it never gets old. Especially if you like sci-fi/adventure. Really great book!

Sounds intriguing! Might pick it up if I ever find it!
If you wanna read a good sci-fi book with ethics and morals, read The Ethos Effect by L.E. Modesitt, Jr. His first sci-fi trilogy, The Forever Hero, is good too, though slightly rough being one of the first book series he's written. It made me cry. Oh, and try The Elysium Commission too, which is actually unlike his usual style and is more of a detective/sci-fi story. Oh, and maybe you should try--oh, nevermind, you get it, I love this writer to bits. :>

Well, if we're here, I'd think most of us like sci-fi/adventure to some extent. ;D
Just looked up the summary ICE on Amazon.com, sounds intriguing. I've never run into "Christian science fiction" before, though. (Unless Left Behind counts, but I got bored halfway through the second book... But that was in eighth grade, so.) Does "Christian science fiction" mean "you need a working knowledge of the big Bible stories to know what's going on," or "actively preaches Christian beliefs, ideals, etc."? If it's the former then that's just dandy, but I'm not overly fond of stories that preach, no matter what the message is. (Heck, when I was a kid, if I was watching a show, I'd only enjoy it up until the point at the end where they explained what the moral message we just learned was. At which point I wrinkled my nose and started making fun of it. When I was eight. Even if I agreed with the message.)
Anyway, looks like a promising read.

Blacksteel: Cool! Now I might actually have some books to read over the winter. My library is really...hard to navigate. Keep that list going. @ ckret2: Good question. No, you don't need a working knowlegde of Bible stories to understand what's going on. I would say it "preaches" Christian beliefs, more like just lest you what they are and that they're available.
