XDDDDD
It's funny you brought that up, cause I just got the oppurtunity to watch it. JUST. After it came out like months ago....
At first I had no desire to watch it...it was about a rat! And cooking! I figured I'd save it for rental. But, it was Pixar and they always deliver the goods. So I pop it into the player, and plop onto the couch. At the end, I was left amazed. It was a good movie after all! I especially love Anton Ego, the critic, and how the deceased chef had an illegitimate child. That's not saying much is it XD
Favourite part was in the beginning, when the old lady was shooting at the ceiling, and caused her ceiling to collapse with the entire rat colony staring at her. That would have been creepy...I lollercoaster'd off the couch! You can't do THAT in a movie theatre!
And--Redrage, I know this hurts--but Emile did remind me of Booster. Too much so. The only thing missing was Stephen Furst's voice, but it still reminded me of Booster!

All of us here are uncool for having watched it >o Is there no one left that was too cool to watch it?! I CAN HAS NO BELIEF IT. ehhh But, it was Pixar and they always deliver the goods That exact same thing happened to me, I was the one who insisted "ugh! a rat, let's watch it though, teh pixar, teh guud" Which left no one but me to blame after the regret -_- I'm not so sure I'm gonna watch wall-e now, or at least I'm not blindingly trusting pixar anymore, if I have a bad feeling about the movie, I won't go. And--Redrage, I know this hurts You have no idea how much.

I want to watch Wall-E, despite Ratatouille. I like robots, and he's adorable XD
the movie wasn't as bad as I thought it to be. It had a plot, and some really...realistic obstacles, but it was alright. Graphics were smooth though *drools*
And the food made me hungry XD

Eh? Oh, I mean when the rat-operated Linguini was cooking XD
I didn't like the ending though...even though everything turned out alright and hunkdory. The real rat was Chef Skinner

Aw, what didn't you like about the ending?
I FINALLY get to see Ratatouille again! I pre-ordered the DVD, but haven't been home yet to watch it. I was only able to see it once in theaters. :< Can't wait to see what they have in the way of special features! A food movie'll be a perfect feature for Thanksgiving. X3

Well...I liked how Anton lightened up a bit, and that Ratatouille got his reward, Linguini with Colette, and so forth. What I didn't like was how all those chefs walked out on him. Shoot...if my friend really had a rat that was cooking all the great food, I'd stick with him.
Then again...it must have been devasting to work with a rat all that time. I should rethink about my view

Shoot...if my friend really had a rat that was cooking all the great food, I'd stick with him. Ohhh. That part disappointed me too, actually. I thought Linguini gave a pretty good speech there. For them to walk out on him like that after what he said... kinda rude. *shrug* But yes, Anton's resolution was amazing. :3

It was brilliant! How he tasted it, and immediately got a flashback....so well written! Can't wait to go back to Paris and try some of that cooking!

Oh, I know! The food all looked SOOOO delicious! XP
Haha, I've actually had Ratatouille before; they served it a few times at CASE's cafeteria last year (not the... best food ever...). The first time they had it, I had to try it - how could I call myself a true Pixar fan if I didn't? ;P - and it was so good, I had it every time they served it. X3
Imagine how good the real thing must be.

Then again...it must have been devasting to work with a rat all that time. I should rethink about my view Yes, that's how I see it. They were a top chefs from a restaurant that was once 5 star, best in Paris, maybe even best in the world. Then all of the sudden a guy tells you that your boss is a rat, not a person who is a bad guy, but literally a rat. I can't really blame them. They even saved themselves from the kitchen packed of rats scandal, good luck finding a job somewhere else after that <.<.... I honestly wouldn't go to a place called "ratatouille" that is run by the people of the restaurant that got closed by a case of kitchen rats.

The name of the place was actually Gusteau's. :3
And, it is a movie after all... I mean, digital rats can't carry diseases.
