The story has begun. These are the adventures of Burriz Leichtcheer, of the English sky navy!

Here's an outline of the cast of an AU steampunk BLoSC fic I'm working on. They're borderline OCs, being versions of the cast.
Captain Burriz "Buzz" Leichtcheer (Say it out loud, you'll get it)- an adventurous captain in the English sky navy, Captain Leicheer is a hero to the public, a legend to the scum of the world. He flies Prototype #42, the fastest airship of its kind. Has vowed vengeance on the captain known as "Zurg" for the murder of his wife, Lady Mira Novachek.
Captain Zebediah "Zurg" McClurg- An infamous Scottish pirate. His ship, the "Hornet", strikes fear into any sky captain. He has lived as long as there have been airships, and has never been captured or defeated.
Lady Mira Novachek- Russian who defected to the British, who fell in love with Captain Leicheer during an escort mission. He courted her, and shortly after their marriage she died at the blade of Captain "Zurg". Now, as a spirit, she is an invaluable help to her love in gathering information.
Buster "Booster" Manchester- A poor orphan boy who dreamed of working on an airship. He's taken in by Leicheer, and serves as cabin boy.
1st Mate XR- Leicheer's mechanical first mate, he had no personality until he was struck by lightning in an attempt to shield his captain from it. From then on, XR was a good, noble person, if a little fresh with the ladies.
