It just looks like somebody trying to sell TAB as Toy Story 3. :/
Even the cover is badly photo-shopped. You can see the distinct line between the two different titles.

Actually I had no intention of trolling, I thought it was a given, even in the first post, there is no way that would be original. The toy story logo is all wrong, looks like arial font in all caps. Sorry there, I didn't think I would be considered serious.
Plus that image is from last year, toy story 3 with buzz lightyear one year before theatrical release?, no way!.
But yeah, I think what they are trying to imply is that "hey this is toy story 3". Full tittle:
Toy Story 3: Buzz lightyear of star command: the adventure begins
I remember back in the day people who didn't know better labeled buzz lightyear of star command as toy story 3 (ahhh, I remember those emule searches, haha), circa 2003-2005, before the announcement that they were gonna make toy story 3 without pixar.
Once I experienced having to explain some guy selling movies that stitch the movie was not lilo and stitch 2, that in fact there was such thing as lilo and stitch 2, and that they were not the same. At first he had trouble believing me or understanding, I don't know. It's not worthy of being remembered. I HATE it when they think everything is the same and doesn't matter because it's aimed at children, not the first time it happens to me!.
See, avoiding piracy is why I don't like to buy dvd's in amazon.com from a seller other than amazon, you don't know what you are really getting, that person who uploaded it probably lost some 9 bucks plus shipping. If it doesn't say "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com", it just means having to look elsewhere to buy it. And now dvd box office is down, what am I going to do? D :
Also, ebay is just simply not an option if the dvd is something main stream or a theatrical release. Chances are, it's not original. Something obscure, dark, hardly known or heard of, or just simply old, could actually be original, like he-man and she-ra videos. Picture it like this, what they don't think it's worth pirating. Asking the seller is a good idea, they could just flat out lie to you and say "it's original" when it's not, but when they don't respond, theeere you got a pirate!, they know you will pay attention when you get the video, and that if it's not original they earned themselves a negative, the ones who lie also run that risk.
By the way, the super saver shipping in amazon is super shweeet!, just gather stuff that you are going to buy, all that qualify, and you save yourself a few of bucks!, so instead of paying like 4, or 8 bucks, you pay zip!, weeee!.
long posts are not short.
also the game.
