Nebula: Hey! Lightyear! Get your butt out here!
Buzz: What? Is it about to start?!
Nebula: You're darn right it's about to start!
Buzz: What?! I haven't even gotten into character yet!
Nebula: *Face palm* Oh brother...
Zurg: This is so stupid! Why are we even bothering with this story!?
XR: *Rolls over to Zurg* I'll tell you why! *Extends his legs so he can be eye to eye with Zurg* Because it gives a whole new meaning to my character as a butt-kicking super robot!
Booster: *Scratches his head* Hey! How do you even know that?
XR: Well my dear Booster, I read ahead of the script.
Booster: I thought Netto kept it inside of ten safes just to keep it away from you.
XR: *Chuckles* Oh Booster Booster Booster... *Sags in defeat* It was twelve safes, I couldn't get past the eleventh one.
Mira: Actually the point of the story is to show our universe in a whole completely new perspective. Like an alternate universe.
Booster: You mean like the one where we met ourselves from another dimension?
Mira: Uhhh yeah, sort of.
Zurg: This is...Is...Aargh! I'm going ahead I'm not waiting for Lightyear! *Leaves left scene.*
XR: Boy, he's an impatient one, huh?
Nebula: Are you done yet, Buzz?!
Buzz: Almost!
Nebula: Good! Booster, Nova, XR, start it off! *Leaves left scene*
Mira: Oh uh... *Clears her throat* Good evening, readers and welcome to the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command fanfic: Buzz: Lightyear Force.
Booster: Buzz: Lightyear Force is what you could call a crossover of sorts! It takes elements from MegaMan: Star Force and mixes it up with our universe to create a unique take on our universe with unique concepts and twists.
Mira: It might start out a bit slow but trust me, as the story progresses it'll pick it up with the characters you know and love.
Booster: Hey! How do you know it starts out slow?!
Mira: Uhhh...Ummm...
XR: *Gasps and points* You read the script didn't you! Didn't you!
Booster: *Gasps* Mira! I'm surprised at you!
XR: I know! How the heck did you get past the last two safes without setting off the ghosting alarms?!
Booster: XR!!
Buzz: *Runs into the set where Booster, XR and Mira are as an 18 year old* Okay I'm......Here?
*Booster, Mira and XR are just staring at him surprised*
Buzz: ...What?
Mira: ...Uhhh...Buzz? *Points to the left* The set is that way...
Buzz: Oh, sorry. *Leaves left scene*
Mira: *Watches him go* ...That's...Not gonna happen to us as well, right?
Booster: How should I know? *Turns his back to her as he crosses his arms* I don't read the script when I'm told not to...
Nebula: *Offscreen* Will you three knock it off already and get this over with?!
Mira: Oh, yeah. Well, without any further ado, on with the story!
XR: Pssst...hey Mira, did you read the part where I come out?
Booster: XR!!
XR: What?! She gets to read the beginning but I can't find out my appearance?!
Nebula: For the love of Venus...

Somewhere between Sector 8 and Sector 10 a couple of glowing lights pierce through the vastness of space, traveling at breakneck speed across the galaxy. In a silent sonic boom the two lights collide against each other, obliterating any star and debris in their way.
One of these lights is bright green of justice, the other a dark purple of evil. They charge and collide against each other once again, not caring for the planets and satellites they’re heading for.
The green light stops and forms into a bright orb before becoming into an entity. A green eagle-like entity with white armor on its chest and wrists, its face wearing what seems like a white helmet.
The purple light stops as well, it too becoming into an entity, one resembling a purple creature with black armor on its chest and wrists while wearing a black helmet which covers its entire face.
The two entities eye at each other before becoming nothing but light, charging at each other again in another battle. They collide and fly circles around each other, one entity trying to overpower the other. They collide once again near a star, its aftershock overtaking the star and exploding it in a supernova.
But they didn’t care; all they were focused on was the battle at hand. They furiously clash and fly, passing dangerously close over planets and other stars. These entities defy nature, flying at the speed of light crossing vast space in mere seconds, destroying stars and debris like if they were nothing.
As they dueled they traveled through the galaxy, headed toward the prime planet where everything important is withheld. The planet known as the center planet of the galaxy: Capital Planet.
---------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter 1: Defender of the Code; Nebula-C
“Defender of the Code; Nebula-C!” ----------------------------------------------------------------
Capital Planet…
It is in this planet where most of the important and major businesses take place. Whether trading items, selling materials, having a business flourish, Capital Planet is where you need to go; a place where you can find anything and anybody. Its technology is unsurpassed, ranging advanced vehicles such as hover cars to the classics such as two-wheeled bicycles.
It is here where the Galaxy Police Headquarters is located. The Galaxy Police is a special force focused on the protection and defense of Capital Planet, its citizens, and every planet affiliated with Capital Planet. They’re dedicated and a force to be reckon with. To date, they have never failed to apprehend a criminal.
But our destination takes us to a semi-rural area of Capital Planet to a two-story home; the home of a Buzz Stellar, an 18 year old boy with big dreams. The boy attends Capital Planet High with dreams of joining the Galaxy Police Force when he grows up, he’s an eager boy with a rather calm attitude towards everything and one to think straight even in dire situations. Stellar always had a motto: Good always triumphs over evil.
It’s early in the morning, and Stellar has school today. The front door opens as Buzz walks outside, stopping by the foot of the door as his mother calls out to him.
“Have a nice day at school, Buzz!”
“I will, mom!”
“Remember to bring home a bag of bunzel from the Jo-Adian shop down the street after school.”
“OK!” The boy closes the door behind him and runs down the street to his school. He dons a pair of long black jeans with an orange short-sleeved shirt. His hair is black, his hair in a flat, neatly combed style.
His high school isn’t that far from his home, he gets there in 10 minutes by sprinting. His high school is a simple two-story school; the library to its left and the lunchroom to its right.
Buzz runs his way to school down the sidewalk, eagered for the last day of school before the weekends. He was going to turn left to the school before a bigger kid cuts him off, shoving him aside and knocking him down to the ground. “Move it!”
“Agh!” Buzz falls back onto his behind, a bit dazed from the shove. He rubs his head and opens his e yes, looking up at the one who shoved him. “Crocket…”
The boy who shoved him just laughs. He stands taller than Buzz by just a bit, his skin a bit tanner than Buzz’s and his hair a dark blue. He wears a pair of long white jeans with a black shirt and a red and white jacket. “Hahah, you’re always down on the ground, Stellar!”
Buzz glares at him as he gets up. “That’s because you’re always shoving me down…”
Crocket laughs again. This 19 year old man is Rocket Crocket, an acquaintance of Stellar’s. They both kind of have a rivalry going on between them, either friendly or competitive. They can treat each other like dirt sometimes but they can be good friends from time to time. Crocket smirks and holds his hand down at Buzz to help him up. “Well maybe if you put some backbone into your attitude you wouldn’t be down there as often.”
Buzz arches an eyebrow at him as he grabs Crocket’s arm and is helped up. “I would but there’s no reason to do that. Don’t want to stoop down to the bullies’ level.”
Crocket just shakes his head with a shrug. “Keep that attitude and you’ll be always down on the dirt.”
Buzz chuckles as he grins. “Evil never wins, I always say.”
Crocket couldn’t help but to roll his eyes from that while holding his hand up to Buzz. “Ah grow up from that, Buzz! It’s not always going to be all good and justice; there will be times when even the bad guys have it their way.” The sound of the school bell rings, interrupting the conversation between the two of them. “Anyway, school is about to start. So let’s go.” With that, Crocket makes his way to school.
Buzz just lags behind with a sigh. Crocket really knows how to put him down in times like these, especially when he tries to debunk his beliefs. That’s why he wants to join the Galaxy Police Force when he’s done with high school, to protect the planet and prove to Crocket that evil indeed never wins.
Buzz shakes it off and runs to his school. That’s just the way Crocket is.
But unknown to every single soul in Capital Planet, two beings are battling it out deep in space. Their blows sending shockwaves to everything close by and moving stars from their stationary locations.
“It’s useless to keep on fighting!” The purple entity speaks out, its voice dark and sinister. “Just surrender and give up the Galactic Alliance code!”
The green entity faces its enemy. “You must be joking.” The eagle-like entity responds, its voice deep and masculine. “The Galactic Alliance code is not for evil hands. I simply cannot allow you to get your grasps on this valuable item.”
The purple entity laughs. “Hah! Then I guess you won’t mind if I pry it off from your cold, lifeless hands!”
The green entity grips its fist as it glows a bright blue. “Bring it on, you waste of space!”
The purple entity increases its strength as it surrounds itself in a dark purple aura, charging up its power for an attack. The green entity does the same, it surrounded by a blue aura. In a blink of an eye the both of them charge at each other, their powers as high as they can get it up at.
“The code is mine!!”
“In your dreams!”
The two fighters collide against each other, causing a supernova and burning up everything in its path within light-years of its radius. Within minutes the supernova’s deadly burning flares die out, leaving behind a beautiful remnant that outshines everything around it. To planets like Jo-ad and Tangea, the remnant is as big as the sun, visible to the naked eye even in daylight.
As for the two entities responsible for the supernova, the green entity is flown back and through the galaxy, flying at breakneck speed at the speed of light. The entity can’t change nor spot his forced flight, and even if it could he has been knocked out cold from the impact, but alive.
Hours pass as the entity unconsciously flies through space, passing by planets and satellites at breakneck speeds. Unknowingly he is getting closer and closer to the major planet of the galaxy: Capital Planet.
Down on the planet Buzz Stellar is heading home after a busy day at school, happy that it’s finally the weekends. Carrying in his left hand is a bag full of bunzels that his mother asked for, fresh from the Jo-Adian farms just like she likes them.
“Hm? Agh…” He notices his home with their window curtains down. His mother must’ve gone out for something. He digs his pocket for his house keys and unlocks the door, opening the door and walking inside. He walks to the kitchen and sets the bag of bunzels on the counter, these things cost him 10 uni-bucks and he doesn’t intend of being careless with them and just leaving them on the floor. He looks to the sliding door at the back of the house that leads to the backyard, a vast plateau that resides in the backyards of the whole street. Buzz usually gets out there at night to watch the stars.
“Hm?” Buzz walks to the sliding door, opens it and steps outside, noticing some kind of green streak flying across the sky. A meteor? Nah, couldn’t be, meteors don’t leave that kind of streak behind them.
Stellar takes off his backpack and sets it down before heading out to the plateau to have a better look. As he walks deeper into the opening he smiles in awe as now he can see the phenomenon much better, admiring its beauty as it leaves behind such a green streak. “Wow…”
But something was odd; the thing had a strange movement. As if it was moving too slowly…As if it was going down! To HIS direction! Stellar’s eyes widen as he realized this, but he couldn’t find the courage to move. He was paralyzed in fear! As the thing got nearer and nearer to him his fear grew and grew until he let it out in a sudden scream.
And just like that, the thing fell right on top of him in a blinding light, engulfing him whole…
----------------------------------------------------------------
In the busy streets of Capital Planet a police cruiser quickly drives down the street in quite a hurry with a couple more squads behind it and their sirens blaring. Something has happened to have gotten the local Galaxy Police Force involved.
“What do we got now?” The captain of this squad, Ty Parsec, wondered as he pressed a few button on the cruiser’s monitor, gaining the information about their latest report and mission. “Hmm…A strange meteor? Man, crime’s been too slow these days…”
Ty Parsec has been known in the force as an officer who loves to fight crime whenever he’s given the chance, although a bit too much as some instances he has gotten into trouble with his ‘act first, think later’ train of thought. Fortunately he can take care of himself and has accomplished mission after mission with little to no problem. He always puts others’ well-being ahead of his own and has great courage.
As he looks out the driving window of his cruiser he takes note of the far-off object in the sky leaving behind a green streak. This is strange, he thought, meteors don’t leave that kind of streak behind. As he watched the thing he grew worried as the meteor took a dive downward and crash somewhere down in the urban area of the city.
Wasting no time he turns off the auto pilot of the cruiser and takes the wheel, taking a sudden turn in an intersection and putting the pedal to the metal to investigate. He takes every shortcut he knows to get to the scene he needs to go as his GPS pinpoints the location of the meteor’s landing site.
It’s rare that they have to take care of anything natural from space like a meteor falling like this, and usually these cases are nothing more but a collecting game. Really, they can’t be bothered by such trivial things.
As the team got to the scene and the entire squad scrambled from their cruisers to the scene Ty slowly gets out of his cruiser and looks around the peaceful urban area now stirred by the meteor landing. Some people are standing outside of their homes curious about what happened while others look out from their backyard to the plateau where smokes rises. He makes his way to the back of the homes to the plateau where his squad is. “Anything?”
“Nothing, sir.” One of his squad reports as he checks surveys the area with a machine, built to register and find any kind of matter released from whatever landed.
“And what of the meteor?” Ty inquired to the rest of them. “Have you found it? Is it some kind of titanic alloy or armorillium?”
“Sir!” Ty was called by an approaching team of his squad, the call sounded urgent. He turned around and got the shock of his life to see his men coming at him with a boy in their arms.
“What happened?!” Ty asks upon seeing the boy.
“We found him in the crater of the supposed landing point of the meteor.” One reports.
Ty looked down at the unconscious boy. Impossible, he would’ve been killed by being in the landing zone of the thing. The boy is wearing a pair of long black jeans with an orange short-sleeved shirt. On his right arm he’s wearing what seems to be a small device colored blue with a curious insignia on top of it. His hair is a bit messed up from whatever happened and he has dirt on his cheeks and clothing. He was a victim of something all right.
Ty was curious of why this boy was here, but now was not the time. “Take him to the hospital, at once!”
“Yes, sir!” The men responded and proceeded to take the boy to the hospital.
Ty just watched as they left, wondering why the boy was there in the first place. He’d have to look into that boy’s background when he gets back to the precinct. But for now, they have the task at hand about a meteor.
“Sir,” One of Ty’s squad members call to him. “We’ve searched the entire area, but there have been no success in finding this meteor.”
“Impossible.” Ty comments. “With a crater like the one we’ve found something definitely landed here.”
“I’m sorry, sir. But other than the boy there is nothing else here.”
Ty grumbled to himself, to find such a bizarre event as finding a landing crater but no meteor, just an injured boy. Quite a puzzle on their hands. “All right, one more scan through the area and we pack it up.”
The man salutes. “Yes, sir.”
As the man leaves Ty turns around to the direction his squad took the boy, his curiosity even more roused.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Buzz felt like he was floating in mid-air, his conscious coming and going. He thought he was dead, after all how can you survive a thing such as having something fall on you from space?
He slowly opened his eyes, his body weak and limp as he still feels like he’s floating. He was in darkness, yet every now and then his surroundings would glow blue and green. Maybe he’s not dead at all.
Feeling his body returning to life he pulls himself upright as he finds out he really is floating. He looks around and is startled to see something in front of him, something resembling a green eagle. On its face it has what looks like a white mustache and white armor on its chest, wrists and a helmet.
The thing opens its eyes and looks at Stellar, scaring the boy as he screams. He accidentally does a back flip in his floating states as he tries to ‘swim’ away from it, frantically pleading for an exit. That is, if he can find it.
“Heh, you’re alive…” Buzz stops his frantic attempts to get away when he heard the being talking to him followed by a grunt in pain.
This grunt of pain made Buzz show his sympathy as he slowly turns and looks at the being as it slightly shakes from whatever pain he’s in. He watches the eagle-like entity grunt one more time before speaking. “What’s wrong? Are you hurt?” The being looks at him again, causing the boy to yelp in fear and float a bit back, but with a gulp he closes in again. “Were you that thing that I saw in the sky?”
The being keeps looking at him. “Interesting that you survived…”
“Huh?”
The being closed its eyes away from Stellar. “No, it’s just a scratch. It’ll heal.”
“Oh, good.” Buzz couldn’t help but smile, so it’s going to be all right after all. Feeling more comfortable around the thing Buzz floats himself closer to the eagle entity.
“The name’s Nebula-C,” The being introduces himself. “From the deepest reaches of space from Sector-8 and 10.”
“Sector-8 and 10?” Stellar echoes, clearly he’s not familiar with the area.
“Hm, never mind…” Nebula-C responds. He looks over to its right as if it spotted something. “Already…?”
“Huh?” Buzz was startled to see Nebula-C disappearing in a bright-green burst of energy right in front of him and then, all of a sudden, his surrounding shatters into darkness and his floating suddenly ceases, dropping the boy down into the infinite abyss with a scream.
But all in an instant he woke up in the bed of the hospital. He was unconscious all this time and a couple of hours later after the meteor incident he regained consciousness in a white room of the hospital.
Even after waking up he was like in a trance, as if he was exposed to something extremely high that disorients the mind. He wouldn’t speak, move, or even look around. Any questions thrown at him would be responded with an awkward silence. Sometimes he spoke, but it was slow and barely audible, usually just one word or two.
He didn’t have any injuries other than being a bit dirty and was released from the hospital that night as his mother came to pick him up. He was practically a zombie, his mind still blurred from what happened back there at the back of his house with the strange meteor. He was as silent as a mouse during the whole walk home.
“Why don’t you go straight for bed?” His mother politely told her son as they both entered the home. “I’ll be up later with a cup of hot milk and cookies. Does that sound all right?”
Stellar stood there with absent eyes; his mind was really in a blur.
“You know, that call from the hospital really surprised me.” Buzz’s mother continued as she got to work in the kitchen. “I feared something awful had happened to you. Imagine my surprise when the police told me they found you in a crater just behind our home.”
That sudden information jolted something in Buzz’s mind. The meteor! In a snap he was out of his trance and his eyes widen upon remembering himself looking up at the sky and the meteor landing right on top of him. “The meteor…”
“Hm?” His mother cooed as she looked toward her son. “Did you say something?”
Buzz looks at his mother before lowering his eyes down. “Nothing…”
Buzz then marched himself up to his room, a simple blue-colored room with a twin-sized bed and posters of space up on his walls. Buzz threw himself on his bed and stared up at the ceiling, thinking back to the incident with the meteor. It was very odd, his mother told him he was in the hospital, but he doesn’t remember anything of that. After the meteor, it was all a big blank. Why couldn’t he remember a simple trip to the hospital? He was unconscious, true. But he doesn’t recall when he woke up and when he left the hospital.
“This is weird…” Stellar told himself. He looks to his right and spots the strange device on his right arm. Weird, was this something from the hospital?
He sat up and looked at the blue device on his right arm. The insignia looked like an orb with wings, a mark he has never seen before. He touched it and discovered the top can be flipped open, inside there are two buttons and a screen both on top of the flip top and on the base next to the two buttons. Buzz couldn’t help but frown as he pressed the buttons, getting no response from the thing. It’s just powered down, and he does not know how to get it on.
He sighs as he closes the top of it and falls back to bed, trying to recall his trip to the hospital. He then remembers that thing he met in a black void, an eagle-liked entity it identified itself as Nebula-C, what could possibly be the meteor that landed on him. He sighed to himself though, “It was probably a dream…”
“That was no dream, kid.”
The disembodied voice startled Stellar as he set up from his bed with a yell. “Who’s there?!” He cries as he looks around in his room.
“What, is your memory as bad as your bravery? I already told you my name!”
“What? Nebula-C?” He looks around trying to find that eagle-like being, but to no avail. “It wasn’t a dream…But, where are you?”
“I’m right here! Just open your Star Command.”
“Star Command?”
“For the love of Nebula…The device on your hand!”
Buzz brought up his right arm and opened the device’s top and suddenly after opening it the thing lit up to life, startling the kid again. Next thing he knew a blue light zaps from the device and into his room, making the boy scream again in surprise.
“Geez, you’re loud.” The entity speaks again as it materializes in front of Stellar in his room. “Are you always this easy to scare?”
Buzz took a deep breath to calm down and leans closer to Nebula-C from his bed, looking a bit angry. “Well I don’t deal with these kinds of things on a regular basis!”
“I’m only kidding; don’t get your underwear in a knot, kid.”
Buzz sat back on his bed and calmed down, his eyes still on Nebula-C. “Were you in this thing the whole time?” He asked as he held up his right arm with the device strapped on it.
Nebula-C responds with a nod. “Of course. Back there those humans could’ve found me with the device they had to sense electromagnetic space waves, so I hid in the Star Command while you were unconscious. The last things I need are pesky humans tracking me down with their inferior technology toys.”
“So you were that meteor…” Buzz commented almost to himself. “But…If that was really you, how could I have come out of that alive?”
“I myself was surprised to see you survived such a collision.” Nebula-C moves its eyes down to the device on Buzz’s right arm. “Perhaps that was the reason a Star Command was synthesized.”
Buzz arched an eyebrow. “Synthesized?”
Nebula-C turned its head away from Stellar with a scoff. “Bah, perhaps I already said too much.”
Buzz moved closer to Nebula-C, curious about all of this. “You said this is a Star Command, right? I mean, I never had this until you came along. What is it?”
“It’s none of your business, kid.”
“And when we first met you were hurt. What happened? Is something trying to hurt you?”
“Agh…My wound still hurts. I’m gonna take a nap.” With that, Nebula-C glowed blue and zapped himself into Buzz’s Star Command device, taking shelter inside of it. Stellar looks at the device, wondering what the heck this thing is and what he might’ve gotten himself into with it…

The next day started like always, the teenagers rising early in the morning for school. Buzz’s home classroom was full with the same students as always, the teacher getting ready for roll call as she organizes her papers and teaching plan for the day.
“All right, students. Settle down.” The teacher orders as she gets up with the schedule and roll call papers. As the entire classroom quieted down she began roll call. “Crocket.” She called.
“Here!” Rockret Crocket replied.
“Darkmatter.”
“…Here…”
Crocket looks over his shoulder at Darkmatter, who sits behind him with his arms crossed and his feet kicked up on his desk. Warp Darkmatter, basically the troublemaker and bully of the class. Don’t let his good looks fool you; he gives a whole new meaning to the word mischief. He does everything his way, no exception. Warp got held back a year for his lack of studying and paying attention, he basically made a reputation of himself in this school.
Crocket doesn’t really like him, he and Buzz had to put up against some of his bullying and mischief. The two of them are basically his targets almost every time and never leaves them alone.
“ Stellar.” The teacher called out as she continued her roll call. A couple of seconds of silence made her repeat the name while looking at the class. “Buzz Stellar?”
Crocket frowns, no response? He looks over to Stellar’s desk to see it empty.
“Wow, Stellar not coming to school?” Darkmatter remarked in his usual tone of voice. “And I thought he was always such a softy…”
Crocket was a bit worried. It’s not like Buzz to miss a day of school. He wonders what’s wrong.
Needless to say, if he could get out of school and get on the train of the city, he could really see what he’s up to. In the train Buzz Stellar is catching a ride, sitting on a seat and looking into the device on his right arm, dialoging with something.
“So you’re not going to school?” Nebula-C inquired as it’s taking residence in the device, looking at Stellar through the screen.
“Yeah,” Stellar responds with a nod. “I still feel strange after what happened yesterday, so I’m going to just rest today.”
“I see.”
“How’s your injury?”
“Ah. After a goodnight’s sleep it feels great!”
Stellar smiles. “That’s good. Say, can you tell me more about this thing now? I think you called it a Star Command, right?”
Nebula-C gave Stellar a look and slightly turned its head away. “Yes, that’s right. A StarCom for short.”
“Is it used for anything else other than being a home for you?”
Nebula-C closed its eyes. “It’s not your business to know.”
Buzz glared at the screen, getting annoyed by Nebula-C’s persistence. He closed the top of the StarCom and looked out the train’s window, seeing the city below him as the train moves to its destination.
“Why did you decide to go out?” Nebula-C asked.
“Well, since mom went out to work and won’t be back by 5 pm, I thought why not unwind and just look around in the Capital City Mall.”
“Ah.”
The rest of the trip was pretty quiet. The train went on running for five more minutes until it reached its station in front of the gigantic Capital City Mall. The building stands with two stories full of stores with an additional third floor for a food court. The place has every kind of store you need, from clothing to electronics, from videogames to living room furniture. It has everything you need and more.
“Sweet mother of Venus!” Nebula-C exclaimed in awe. “This place is huge from the outside!”
Stellar looked up at the building as he stands outside just by the doors. He too is in awe by the size of the thing from the outside. “Just wait until you see it from the inside.”
”Well what are we waiting for?! Let’s go!”
Suddenly Stellar’s right arm, where the StarCom is, is lifted up by a disembodied force and yanks him into the store. Nebula-C can practically take control of the arm where the StarCom is strapped to, so Stellar is at its mercy when it does this.
Stellar was right. The inside of the mall is gigantic! From the first floor you can see up the second floor and all the different stores in the mall; benches to sit here and there, plants as decoration, different lights and logos strewn about.
“Incredible!” Nebula-C exclaims. “So this is how the humans have fun!”
“Sort of.”
During the remainder of the morning Stellar walked around the halls of the mall, looking at different items for sale. He window shopped different stores while at times having to inform Nebula-C of the items he’s looking at. Stellar walked into an electronics shop and was browsing through the electronic items in the store.
“What is that item?” Nebula-C asked about the thing Stellar is looking at in his hand.
“This? This is a player that plays songs.” Stellar informed Nebula-C about the item he’s looking at. “You take it around with you and it lets you listen to your favorite music and songs.”
As Stellar kept on window shopping deeper into the mall, Nebula-C’s knowledge grew. Witnessing how humans interacted, gathering information of the items it asks Stellar about. This trip to the mall wasn’t a waste of time after all. After taking a good walk Stellar walks into his favorite store, the videogame shop! Eagerly he picks up a box cover of a game and reads the description of the game behind it. And once again, Nebula-C’s curiosity was tickled.
“What are you looking at now? A box?”
“Uh yeah, sort of.” Stellar responds as he keeps reading the description. “It’s something you always do before you buy a game. You read its description and if you like what you read then you buy it.”
“What’s a videogame anyway?”
“It’s something you play just for fun. With these you can battle evil forces, shoot down spaceships and pirates, and even go into the deepest region of the sea.”
“Peh,” Nebula-C scoffed. “I can do all of that on my own and I don’t even need a videogame.”
Stellar sighed as he put back the box on the shelf. “Never mind then.”
Sure, it can test your patience with Nebula-C asking about a certain item and then throwing either a comment about it or just a downright insult about the item. Especially when it came to the clothing…
“You got to be kidding me! Are you trying to say humans have to pay to change their clothes?!”
Stellar hushed Nebula-C as he closed down on the lid of the StarCom, trying to keep from even more people staring at him, wondering what’s wrong with the kid. “Shush…!”
“This is an outrage! First you tell me humans need clothing, and then you tell me you gotta pay for new ones! Cheap bastards! Taking advantage of a necessity!”
“Not everything has to be free…” Buzz tries to whisper into his StarCom to the enraged Nebula-C. “Otherwise where else can they get the money to make these things…” Stellar slowly looks up to see the amount of people staring at him as he talks into what to them seems like an inanimate object. Blushing in embarrassment Buzz slowly closes the lid of his StarCom again and kept his head bowed down a bit as he continued to browse in the clothing department.
The torture, as Buzz could describe it, continued during the whole trip to the mall. It wasn’t until 3 pm in the afternoon that Stellar decided to call it a day and go back home. But before that he couldn’t help but stop at the ice cream parlor for a vanilla ice cream with hot fudge topping. Buzz eagerly licked at his ice cream as he walked out of the mall and heads to the train station.
“Why do they call that an ice cream?” Nebula-C threw another question. “It doesn’t really look cold at all, especially with a ‘hot fudge’ on its top as you called it.’
Stellar gave another lick at his ice cream before stopping and opening the lid of his StarCom and looking into it at Nebula-C. “It doesn’t look much like it but it is cold, you can practically get a head-freeze if you eat it too fast.”
“Head-freeze?”
“Heheh, it’s when you eat or drink something so cold too fast, instead of the cold dying down it actually goes up to your head. It’s very painful and annoying.”
“Then why eat something that could give you such pain?”
Stellar gave a little chuckle before answering. “It’s nothing like that, Nebula-C. You just got to know how to eat it.”
“Hm, I see.” Nebula-C gave his response. “Hmph, I’ll never understand you humans. You pay for things that are really necessary like food, clothing, even medicine. But if it makes you all happy, then I guess I won’t complain.”
Buzz gave a bit of a smile. “Well it’s not always flowers and sunshine.” As he finished Buzz continued walking down the street while licking away at his ice cream, feeling its refreshing taste and cold sensation cooling down his throat as it went down to his stomach. His bad feelings about yesterday’s incident have gone away, bringing his health and stamina back on track. And after a busy day of looking around the stores, he’s ready to go home.
“All right,” Stellar began as he finished his ice cream and brought the StarCom up to him, opening the lid to look at Nebula-C. “Let’s go home, now.”
But just before Nebula-C could give a response a sudden explosion echoed through the area and started Stellar and everyone around him. Everyone started panicking upon seeing a sudden cloud of smoke coming from the train tracks followed by two more explosions, destroying most of the tracks and nearly completely derailing an entire train. With this derailing the train actually stopped dead in its tracks with its nose off the tracks and to the side, and this derailment wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t for the fact that the train tracks are elevated up in the sky, risking the entire train to fall off and killing not only the passengers but anyone below!
Buzz was startled upon seeing the commotion, but Nebula-C was calm. “Z-Hornets.”
Buzz got confused on hearing the name. “Z-Hornets?” He echoed as he looked down at his StarCom. He looked back at the tracks as the smokes began to clear slightly, and then he saw it. Just in the smokes nearly visible he saw the yellow hide of something, but with all the smoke he can’t get a clear view of it. “What the heck is that?”
A sudden shout from the train got Buzz’s attention. He looked over to it and saw the panicking passengers inside, some of them hanging onto anything that they could grab onto to prevent from falling out of the train from the dangling nose of it.
“This is bad!” Buzz exclaimed. “I got to call the Galaxy Police!”
Nebula-C couldn’t help but chuckle at the idea. “Heh, I’d like to see them try to take those things out.”
Buzz looked down at his StarCom, unable to hear what Nebula-C is saying. But then a thought came to him. “But even if they can, maybe you could do something with your powers. At least help those people in the train!”
“Sadly, I cannot. My body is made of electromagnetic space waves. So I can’t even shake hands, let alone rescue them. And besides, I have no reason to save humans.”
“But…But we got to do something…”
“It’s not worth it when Z-Hornets are involved. We best just get out of here before they find us.”
Buzz looked back at the train, seeing the people inside struggling to keep themselves from falling out of the train from the nose. Stellar really wants to do something to help them, but what can he do by himself? Nebula-C doesn’t seem eager to help, and by what it said supposedly the Galaxy Police Force don’t even stand a chance.
Buzz narrowed his eyes. No, he has to do something!
Without a second thought Buzz ran toward the tracks, his courage and desire to help overtaking him. And while Buzz made his way to the tracks the Galaxy Police Force was already headed to the scene. Leading the group of police cruisers is the captain of the squad, Ty Parsec. “How strange…The train station…” Ty pressed a few buttons on his cruiser to open a communication link with the others. “We better hurry! We have lots of lives to save!”
As the Galaxy Police are on their way Buzz slowly but surely climbs to the top of the train tracks via a ladder. It’s a long way up; any mistake could make him fall to the ground below. He slowly looks down after getting to the top, his knees shaking as he sees how big a drop it would be to fall. He slowly takes his eyes off the ground below and stands on top of the platform and faces the smoke and the ones causing this accident.
But he wasn’t expecting this. Hearing the name Z-Hornets it gave him the image of these attackers being small. But these things, they’re as big as he is, maybe even bigger. Yellow creatures which seems like robots, deadly claws in one arm and a powerful-looking gun in the other and a logo of a Z on their shoulders, and they mean business. As they spot Buzz he gulps loudly, having second thoughts of doing this in the first place. He can’t face these guys!
As these things turn around and take a step toward him Buzz turned around and made a run for it, but his luck left him and the kid tripped to the railing ground, leaving him open for the things. As the Z-Hornets came closer to the kid a green light shot out from the StarCom and materialized between Buzz and the Z-Hornets. Nebula-C.
It immediately shot through the Z-Hornets and zapped through their chests, leaving behind a gaping hole as the things died and fell to the ground in small explosions. “You’re such a pain,” Nebula-C comments as it turns to Buzz. “But I guess it can’t be helped, since you did materialize a Star Command. It must be fate that I found you.”
“N-Nebula…!” Buzz stammered as he turned over to face Nebula-C.
“Ever since you survived from my fall I’ve been wondering,” Nebula-C continued. “But that’s for another time. Right now we must take care of these losers with the Lightyear Change.”
“Lightyear Change?”
Nebula-C nods. “Prepare yourself, Stellar!” And with that Nebula-C turned itself into a big green flare and shot up to the sky and down on Stellar, engulfing the kid as he screamed in surprise. In an instant Buzz is surrounded by Nebula-C’s green energy and his body is enriched with power. His body dons white armor with green on his boots, gloves, wrists and chest. He opens his eyes and jumps with a spin and breaks out of the flares and lands on his feet on the ground, now donning the suit of armor.
In total shock Buzz looks at his hands, looking at the armor he just acquired out of nowhere. “I…What…?” He looks down at his whole body, completely stunned. “I have…My body has…”
“Don’t be such a drama queen, kid.” Nebula-C comments, the voice coming from Buzz’s armor it seems. “You are now fused with me and have become a Lightyear. I gotta admit, I’m surprised you’re even conscious.”
“Conscious? Lightyear?” Buzz echoes with a hint of fear in his voice.
Nebula-C just doesn’t seem to care about Buzz’s fear. “Fight! Stellar!”
“Even though I just got told my body’s been fused?!” Amateur or not it doesn’t matter to him, or to the Z-Hornets approaching him. Buzz gasps as they come for him and he basically panics. “Ah, Z-Hornets! Get away! Get away!” He was so frantically swinging his fists out with his eyes closed he didn’t catch a glimpse of the Z-Hornet getting too close to him and takes a mean punch, knocking it back and against its two other comrades and drop to the ground.
Buzz opened his eyes to notice his work and then he looks at his hand in amazement. “Whoa…What is this power…?”
“Hey! What in tarnations are you admiring?!” Nebula scolds the boy. “Don’t just stand there! They’re coming right at you!”
Buzz looks ahead and realizes more Z-Hornets are coming right at him! One of them tries to swipe at Buzz with its claws but Buzz jumps back to dodge it and jumps back in with a kick to its head, knocking it away. Another tries to swipe at him with its claws but Buzz ducks and leaps for a punch to the chest, knocking that one away as well. A third one was wise enough to shoot at him with its gun but Buzz was just one step ahead and jumps into the air, gracefully going airborne and landing on the other side of the tracks.
“Awesome! This is just awesome!” Buzz exclaims in pure excitement. “I feel as light as a feather! I never thought I could move this fast!”
“Dang it, Stellar! Be careful!”
Nebula-C’s shout got his attention and, before he could realize he just jumped in front of a Z-Hornet, takes a head-on punch to the head, sending him flying and crashing into a wall of a train station look-out post, cracking it behind him and sliding down it to the ground.
“Stellar! Are you okay?!”
Buzz grunts and slowly gets up, rubbing his back. “Ow…My back…” He looks behind him to the cracked wall, impressed of the power he got whacked with. “That punch didn’t hurt that much, but look at that wall…How is it that my back didn’t break?”
“You’re a Lightyear after all. This is normal.”
Buzz turns to his right to see more Z-Hornets going at him. Buzz jumps to avoid shots from their guns and stands on the roof of the look-out post, looking down at them. “This isn’t gonna work. I can’t just go up to them to knock them down!”
“Then use your d--n laser blasts! The one on your right arm!”
Buzz looked at his right arm, seeing a lens flare right above his wrist. “T-This…?” He was about to touch it when it suddenly fired, penetrating a Z-Hornet’s head with deadly firepower. Startled, Buzz looks at his wrist as light smoke emits from it. “How did I…?”
As Buzz struggled the Galaxy Police were arriving below. Bringing along a ladder cruiser with them they are able to bring it up to the nose of the train and help the passengers down one by one while others, including Ty Parsec, rush to the scene with weapons in hand. “All right, squad! You know the drill! Rush out and surround the enemy! Shoot them if you must!”
“Roger!” His squad responds as they rush to the scene.
Ty watches them go before turning his attention up to the tracks. Seeing the enemy for the first time he doesn’t know what to make of them, they seem robotic and yet seem to be of some kind of organic life. “What in the world…?” He spots a struggle at a certain point of the tracks, seeing what seems to be a young boy battling these yellow creatures. Curious and as his duty as a Galaxy Police agent he rushes to the scene.
“Gah!” Buzz jumps with a back flip, shooting at the Z-Hornets. Some shots penetrate through their heads and destroying them while other shot go through their chests and torsos, still up and running. Buzz lands and with a gasp he jumps back to avoid getting shot at again. “This is no good! They’re coming faster than I can destroy them!”
“Then use a rapid firing weapon.” Nebula-C suggests.
Buzz jumps to the side to avoid a swipe of their claws. “But I don’t even have a weapon with me!”
“Oy, you’re hopeless.” Nebula-C sighs. “You can open a slot in your right arm for a few weapon badges. Just take one out and place it into the badge slot right above the laser lens! Now get to it and make waste of these guys!”
“Don’t shout!” Buzz hands around his right arm until he finds the slot Nebula-C was talking about. Opening the top he finds an indent in the armor where eight badges are placed, each one with an insignia of a different weapon. Now he needs a rapid firing…
“All right.” He takes one badge and closes the lid. Quickly he places it on the indent above the laser lens and it immediately reacts with his armor. Almost instantly the badge flares up in a huge green flare and a weapon materializes in his hand, a plasma Gatling gun. “Awesome! It just transformed into an actual weapon!”
“Will you stop admiring and get busy?! I’m getting bored watching you!”
Nebula-C’s scold made him flinch. Right, he has to get rid of these guys. He holds the gun firmly in his hand and aims, and when ready he squeezes the trigger. Numerous plasma shots shoot from the Gatling weapon as its three muzzles rotate with incredible speed and shooting numerous bullets per second, really raking in the damage as he moves from Z-Hornet to Z-Hornet, riddling them with bullet holes and destroying them with great ease.
Buzz stops his shooting and looks at his handiwork, seeing all of his Z-Hornets destroyed. “What firepower! They dropped like flies!”
“Look over there, Stellar!” Nebula-C exclaims. Buzz looks ahead and spots someone struggling with the Z-Hornets. This person is none other than Ty Parsec. He aims and shoots at every one of the Z-Hornets trying to bring harm to him, but his puny laser gun is just dazing the enemies, giving him time to move and have room between them and him.
“d--n it!” Ty curses as he barely dodged a shot from them. “They just don’t go down!” He tries to shoot them again, but his lasers just bounce off from their thick armoring. Just what are these things?
Ty howls in pain as one Z-Hornet swipes at his hand, knocking the gun away from him. Now weaponless and helpless Ty steps back, trying to get away from them until backup arrives.
“Oh no you don’t!” Buzz runs up to them and aims his Gatling gun at the Z-Hornets, shooting and destroying them all with relative ease. One of them was about to shoot at Ty but Buzz shoots a good one to its head, making it drop dead as Buzz blew at the smoking muzzles of his gun before it disintegrated, out of bullets.
Ty stared at his savior. But he’s just a kid. How can a child like him take them all out with barely any effort and he, a trained personnel of the Galaxy Police Force, could barely deliver a scratch? “You…” He managed to speak. “You’re the one I saw fighting these things! Who are you?”
“My…Name…?” Buzz blinked. His name? Buzz stalled a bit before he decided to tell. “I’m…Buzz S-”
Nebula-C cleared his throat, interrupting Buzz from giving out his full name. “Lightyear…Buzz Lightyear…”
Buzz got caught off guard by what Nebula-C suddenly said and just subconsciously repeated him. “Erm…Buzz Lightyear…”
“Buzz Lightyear, huh?” Ty couldn’t put his finger on it, but upon hearing the name Buzz Lightyear he felt like something in his mind got blocked, but he couldn’t figure out what. “Well, I don’t know who you are but I have business with you, Buzz Lightyear! So come with me to my office!”
Buzz gasped upon noticing an enemy he missed and pushed Ty aside. “Move!”
Ty fumbled but regained his footing, shouting at Buzz. “Stop!” He sees what Buzz just saw and gasped. “What is that?!”

Buzz jumped to the second rails and faced what he just saw. It’s a bigger version of those Z-Hornets, and by the looks of it this one looks much more powerful than the others.
“Ah, a ZB-Hornet.” Nebula-C comments as Buzz looked up at the big brother of the Z-Hornets, longer claws and a gun that would put the military’s tanks to shame. “The big cheese of this invasion.”
The ZB-Hornet brought up its massive clawed arm and sent it down on Buzz who nimbly jumped out of the way and over the giant thing. With the back facing him Buzz charged for the offensive but the massive robot turned around and swiped, the kid was barely able to avoid being slashed in two and jumping back to avoid being crushed under its huge fist. Buzz aimed with his laser and fired, but the puny laser shots bounced off its armor. The massive creature stepped in and swung, but Buzz back flipped away from range and began running away from it as the ZB-Hornet began shooting at him with its powerful cannon.
“This is crazy; my laser shots aren’t doing zilch!” Buzz cried as he made a run for it from the shots.
“Is your memory this bad?!” Nebula-C scolded again for what appeared to be the twelve time today. “Remember the Weapon Badges! Find the weapon that’ll do the trick and blast it!”
Buzz nods with little complaint and opened the lid, taking out a badge and placing it into the badge indentation. Like last time the badge flared up in a green flare and fades away to reveal a weapon in Buzz’s hand. This time it’s a powerful plasma shotgun, capable of shooting plasma shots so powerful not even the toughest metal can stand a chance.
“Just what I needed!” Buzz exclaimed. He turns around and jumps to avoid the latest shot and takes aim, shooting with his shotgun while airborne. The shot hits its mark, damaging the ZB-Hornet with great damage to its head and chest. Buzz lands and leaps again; practically pressing his weapon’s muzzle to the creature’s head and shooting, causing the giant thing to explode.
The recoil pushed Buzz up into the air, but he managed to land firmly on the top of a building’s roof. “Amazing!!” He exclaims, impressed by these weapons’ firepower and of course the power and strength he possesses while in this form.
“That’s how it’s done!” Nebula-C comments with a hearty laugh. “I think we took care of them all. Just in time too?”
Buzz arches an eyebrow. “Just in time?”
“This is your first time in the Lightyear Form, right? It can be quite draining for me on your first time. I’m almost at my limit.” And just like that Buzz is engulfed in a green flare and he disappears as the flares disintegrate. But then below on the ground a flare silently bursts up and Buzz stands there when it’s gone, back to his usual casual clothes and the StarCom in his right arm as usual.
Buzz looks at his body to see everything in order, his same pants, same shirt, and same shoes. His mind is still numb over what just happened, to transform into a powerful fighter just like that with the capability to take down such dangers all by himself…
As for Ty, he picks up his laser gun and looks around the scene, trying to find that person that saved his life, the one who basically did the police’s work for them. “Buzz Lightyear…” He repeats as he remembers that name. “Just who are you…Friend or foe…?” ----------------------------------------------------------------
Hours have passed since the train station incident. Buzz is sitting on the open field behind his home looking up at the stars, his arms resting on his knees with the StarCom’s top lip open for him to be able to look at Nebula-C.
“I still can’t believe it…” Buzz comments, thinking about what he went through earlier today. “It was all so bizarre…Like a dream…” He looks into his StarCom at Nebula-C. “Thanks, Nebula-C.”
“Don’t mention it.” Nebula-C speaks. “After all, I just couldn’t let those Z-Hornets get their hands on the StarCom.”
Upon hearing that Buzz just had to know. “Speaking of which, who were those guys? And what do they want with the StarCom?”
“Bah, you had too much excitement for today, kid. That can wait until tomorrow. By the way, whenever you’re in your Lightyear Form, best you address yourself as Buzz Lightyear.”
“Buzz Lightyear?” Buzz echoes, puzzled by the recommendation.
Nebula-C nods. “Yes. The word Lightyear has a special power by my electromagnetic space waves that tampers with a human’s frequency. Even by looking at your face and by the first name they cannot figure out who you really are.”
“I see…” Buzz couldn’t help but smile at the information. “Handy for superheroes like us!”
Nebula-C couldn’t help but laugh at Buzz’s attitude; something tells him this is going to be an interesting adventure. “Hahah! I like your attitude kid, you got spunk. Looking forward to working with you, Buzz Lightyear!”
Buzz Stellar gave his usual smile as he sits under the stars. And just like that an adventure like no other is about to start. Buzz Stellar can tap into the powers of Nebula-C and the Star Command to combine and become the ultimate champion for the galaxy: Buzz Lightyear!
(THREE posts for ONE chapter? Good Lord, I type very long chapters... XD Anyway, hope you enjoy it!)

Despite it being around 8 pm, Stellar was still with his nose in the books. Reading a book while taking notes in his notebook, Buzz Stellar was one to always study to do his best at school. Unfortunately tonight he has a guest that isn’t so fond of these kinds of downtimes.
“Agh, this is boring!!”
Stellar closed his eyes from the shouting and hushed at his right arm where the StarCom was attached to him. “Quiet, Nebula…” He whispered.
Nebula-C sure wasn’t looking happy in the StarCom. “This is boring, Stellar! What are you doing with these books anyway?!”
“I’m studying.” Stellar informed his friend with a bit of annoyance. “I’m trying to catch up on what I missed in today’s class.”
Nebula-C didn’t care for that. “So what? Chances are you’ll catch up with what they’re studying tomorrow anyway! C’mon Stellar, let’s go out and find more Z-Hornets to destroy!”
Stellar gave a look at his StarCom as the lid kept opening and closing with Nebula-C’s shouting… ---------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter 2: Lightyear Force, Galaxy Squad!
“Lightyear Force, Galaxy Squad!” ---------------------------------------------------------------- After finishing his studies Stellar went straight to bed to turn in for the night. He jumped into his bed and stared up at the ceiling of his room, trying to find that sleep he desperately wants after a tiring day at the train station.
He closed his eyes and turned over on his side, ready to sleep.
“Going to sleep already?”
Stellar opened one eye and was instantly greeted with a close-up of Nebula-C’s face as it stood at the foot of the bed he was facing. Needless to say, Buzz jumped with a surprised yell and fell off of his bed on the other side.
“Man, you’re jumpy.” Nebula-C commented.
Buzz didn’t find this funny as he stood up with a glare. “That’s no way to look at someone who has his eyes closed when he’s about to sleep! You could’ve given me a heart attack!”
Nebula-C scoffed. “Peh, wuss.”
“What are you doing up anyway?” Stellar inquired as he sat up on his bed. “I thought you fell asleep after your constant complaining. Can’t sleep?”
Nebula-C turned its head to Stellar’s window. “You could say that. I’ve been thinking about those Z-Hornets from earlier today.”
Buzz blinked. “That reminds me, are you going to let me in on what’s going on or not?”
Nebula-C chuckled as it turned to eye the boy. “Always to the end of things, aren’t you?” It kept watching as Buzz just kept on looking at it. “All right, tomorrow, right now, what’s the difference…”
Buzz nodded. So the time has come to learn what he could be up against now that he’s with Nebula-C, whatever’s trying to get him.
“All right…” Nebula-C began. “As I told you earlier today, I come from the deepest regions of Sector 8 and 10. There I existed along with other beings such as myself; we were known as the Lightyear Force.”
“Lightyear Force?”
“Yes, we were a team that protected the galaxy composed of many different entities such as myself, each of us possessing an attribute from existing species in the galaxy. Together, we possessed the ultimate source of power in the universe, the Galactic Alliance Code.”
Buzz blinked. “The Galactic Alliance Code?”
“Yes, a powerful source of power that held ultimate powers of every kind of species in the galaxy, hence the name.”
Buzz hummed to himself as he took all of this in. So Nebula-C is part of a group of defenders called the Lightyear Force, along with that they hold in their possession a source of ultimate power called the Galactic Alliance Code, which held the information and powers of every single thing in existence in the entire galaxy. Still, that doesn’t answer a question that’s been nagging at him. “So…That makes you a…?”
Nebula-C knew where he was driving at. “A Lightyear, a being born from the multiple electromagnetic brain waves from certain species. Let me ask you this, do you believe in how electromagnetic waves from electronic appliances and music can alter your personality and cause changes to your health and status?”
Buzz scratches the back of his head, he has never thought of that before. He is familiar with cases and reports of people getting headaches and suffering from strange symptoms due to being exposed to such things, although he doesn’t have any idea on where Nebula-C is going with this.
“Well, whenever a living being makes an action the brain transmits electrical surges to its destination. From there electromagnetic waves are produced and transmitted to anywhere in a mile radius.”
“I must’ve missed that in one of my classes.” Buzz comments, sounding that he has never heard of this before.
Nebula-C clears his throat as he continues. “Anyway, in a huge population these electromagnetic waves gather together, combining into a huge mass of space waves. And depending on the personalities, traits, and power of this civilization, this mass of space waves fuses and creates a Lightyear, an electromagnetic being. However, because it can take years to produce enough space waves to create a Lightyear, you’ll be lucky to see even one Lightyear in your life time.”
“Wow…” Stellar comments in awe upon this new information. “So are you telling me you know other Lightyears from planets such as Tangea, Jo-Ad and Roswell?”
“You could say that, yes.”
Buzz arched an eyebrow. “Really? Then you can just call them and help you fight against this thing that’s chasing you, right?”
Nebula-C lowered its eyes and head. And there Stellar knew he hit a sore spot with that question.
“So, what happened? From where did these Z-Hornets come from?”
Morning was quick to arrive after a good night’s sleep, and as Buzz Stellar made his way to school he kept talking to Nebula-C about what’s going on and learning more about the StarCom.
“The Z-Hornets are none other than the pathetic soldiers of The Emperor.” Nebula-C explained as it kept hiding in Stellar’s StarCom. “They’re horrible soldiers, as you saw yesterday.”
“The Emperor?” The name sounded scary, but Stellar knew he was going to hear more about this thing eventually.
“The Emperor is a Lightyear just like me. However, it is pure evil. The Emperor was the creation from a huge amount of negative electromagnetic space waves from the evil darkness of every living being in the galaxy. This horrible being is one tough customer.”
Stellar gulped as he walked out of the train he was riding on and continued on his way to school, keeping his head down looking in his StarCom. “So I take this Emperor is after that Galactic Alliance Code?”
Nebula-C nodded. “It’s the very thing that was following me thorough the galaxy. I managed to fight it off and it seemed that like me it survived our clashing attacks.”
Stellar stopped in his tracks. So this Emperor guy is what was following Nebula-C? The one in charge of those Z-Hornets from yesterday? So if the Emperor knows of Nebula-C’s whereabouts, does that mean it’ll just keep attacking until this Galactic Alliance Code is his?
“I’m not gonna lie to you, Stellar.” Nebula-C began again. “Now that the Emperor is on the move, its attacks will only get worse and worse as it slowly regains its strength back. It’ll not stop until it has the code and, again no lie, the entire code is with me.”
That made Stellar freeze in his tracks even more. For a moment he thought his legs were going to give and he was going to fall flat on his face. The code that the Emperor is after is here? Nebula-C has it? The whole entire thing?
“The Emperor’s powers completely annihilated the Lightyear Force. It was the only choice we had to keep the code from him. I was the fastest in the force so it was trusted over to me. And as you know, the Emperor even managed to catch up to me and force me to fight it.”
“No way…” Stellar was at a loss for words. A single Lightyear, took down the entire Lightyear Force?
“I apologize for dragging you and your planet into this, Stellar. Really, I am. But the Emperor needs to be stopped and destroyed, no doubt about that. Especially now. But it’s your choice. Are you willing to help me to defeat the Emperor and defend your planet? Or would you rather sit on your chair all day with your nose in your books?”
Buzz gave a glare at Nebula-C about the book comment. “That’s for my future and you know it!”
“You won’t have a future if the Emperor gets its hand on the Galactic Alliance Code!”
Stellar softened his glare and dropped his eyes down to the ground, his confidence taking a dive about this Emperor guy. Really, what can a mere kid like him do? He wouldn’t last a minute against a tyrant like that, especially hearing that this being took down the entire Lightyear Force.
Nebula-C turned its face away from Stellar as it closed its eyes. “Either choice you choose its fine with me, just let me rest until my power goes back to maximum.”
Stellar kept quiet as he’s still thinking about what Nebula-C told him about the Emperor. He doesn’t know how he could win. If this thing can create Z-Hornets like that and send them out, then what chance does he have? Even as Buzz Lightyear with the Lightyear Badges it doesn’t even sound like he’ll be close to defeat it. For a moment there, Stellar began to question his motto about evil never winning.
“You should head to school now.” Nebula-C reminded the boy as the school bell began to ring.
“…Yeah, okay.” Stellar closed the lid on the StarCom and began to run to the school.
As usual the Capital Planet High is brimming with life as students from all over the city attend their morning classes, eagered for their daily educations and hanging out with their friends. Stellar got to his homeroom and sat on his desk while putting his backpack down, he hoped he covered what he missed in yesterday’s class so he won’t be left behind today.
“So this is school.” Nebula-C commented as Buzz got comfortable in his chair.
“Basically, yeah.” Buzz responded to his StarCom. “Now please, I need you to be quiet until the class is over.”
“Got it.”
The morning class started like normal, the teacher giving roll call and then starting the morning class. Buzz kept his attention on the lecture, recognizing most of the things from what he studied last night. Maybe Nebula-C was right, maybe it wasn’t that necessary studying to catch up.
“This is boring…”
Stellar flinched and hushed at his StarCom at Nebula-C in an attempt to keep it quiet as to not draw attention to itself. After all, Buzz isn’t even aware of the others could see it or even hear it. The class continued though and for a while Nebula-C kept itself quiet, but as usual the impatient Lightyear spoke out again.
“Man, Stellar, this is boring!”
Stellar placed a hand on his StarCom and hushed him again, trying to keep it quiet so he could hear what the teacher is talking about.
“Is school always like this, Stellar? I mean you could do this at home by yourself! What’s the difference of going to school and staying at home for this?!”
“Shush, Nebula…” Stellar whispers as he tries to keep Nebula-C quiet. “You’re going to get me in trouble…”
“Bah! This is too boring! I’m out of here!”
In a second a green flare shot up from Stellar’s StarCom and shot through the wall and outside, leaving the room. Buzz was startled from seeing the flare shoot up that he yelled in surprise, which unfortunately got the teacher’s attention as she turned around.
“Stellar?” The teacher inquired. “Is everything all right?”
Buzz blinked as he sees the whole class looking at him. He gulped and slowly moved his hands from on top of the desk to his thighs, embarrassed. “Yes, ma’am…”
Luckily nothing came out of his yell and the rest of the class went by without a hitch. Stellar focused on his studies and the lesson but he couldn’t help but worry about Nebula-C since it left from the classroom. But that’s not all that’s bothering him; he’s still thinking about what Nebula-C told him, about the Emperor and the Galactic Alliance Code. Stellar questioned his role in this. After all he only destroyed the Z-Hornets that invaded the city and just that, he never asked or wanted to be absorbed into a galactic struggle. He’s just a kid after all, what can he do?
But then again, the Emperor wants the Galactic Alliance Code, and if it gets it not only will his planet be in danger but also the entire galaxy. Heck, the entire galaxy is in danger enough as it is without the Emperor having the code.
The classes have come and gone, and now lunch time was upon them. Stellar sat in his desk in his home room as his lunch sat on his desk. In this school, if you’re in class by the time lunch time comes you are served with the day’s menu in your home classroom without having the tedious chore of going to the lunch room and make line for lunch if you wish.
Stellar looked at his food, he just didn’t have any appetite at the moment. Too much in his mind.
“You better eat. You need your food to keep your energy up.”
Stellar recognized that voice and immediately brought his right arm up and opened his StarCom, finding Nebula-C safely inside.
“You’re back.” Stellar commented. “Where did you go?”
“Around.” Nebula-C informed his friend. “I couldn’t stand sitting in this room all that time so I just went around to kill some time.”
“Hm, you had me worried.” Buzz confessed. “I was worried something was going to find you.”
“Despite my energy not being one-hundred percent restored I can still defend myself.”
Stellar gave a smile of relief, at least Nebula-C isn’t totally down from defending himself. He was worried that Nebula-C is still suffering from yesterday’s Lightyear Change.
“Buzz Stellar.”
Buzz lowered the StarCom and turned his head to his right. There standing over him is none other than Warp Darkmatter, the troublemaker of the class. Stellar frowned upon seeing him, he never liked this guy.
“Hey, Warp.” Stellar just stated. “What do you want?”
“Just wondering where you were yesterday.” Warp stated in his usual slick matter. “It’s very rare for you to play hokey like that.”
“I’m starting to hate this guy.” Nebula-C commented.
Buzz gave a glare at Warp. “I wasn’t playing hokey, Warp. I just wasn’t feeling well.”
“Heh, yeah right.” Warp smirked. “You were sick yesterday and yet you found time to buy your little belts and whistles. Like that device on your arm I noticed you with.” Warp casually grabbed Stellar’s arm and held it up, taking a closer look at the StarCom. “And what is this anyway? Some kind of advanced virtual pet crap or another one of your toys?”
“Crap? Toy?!” Nebula-C was starting to get angry.
“None of your business, Warp!” Stellar barked as he yanked his arm away from Warp’s grip.
“Boy, aren’t we being defensive?” Warp just taunted with a smirk on his face. Before this could continue a hand was placed on Warp’s shoulder, making the troublemaker to look over his shoulder to the one standing behind him.
“Seriously Warp, back off.” It was Crocket, Buzz’s friend. “Can’t you just admit that Stellar was sick and not try to make him look like some kind of kid who ditches school just because you saw him today with something new?”
Warp narrowed his eyes and shoved Crocket’s hand off of his shoulder. “Putting your nose again where it doesn’t belong, eh Crocket?”
But Crocket returned Warp’s glare with one of his own and pointed over his shoulder. “Take a hike.”
But Warp just smirked. “Heh! Why not make me?” He shoved Crocket, nearly making him fall back and topple over a desk. This action made Stellar stand up from his chair. In fact, it has gotten the entire classroom’s attention.
“Who does he think he is?!” Nebula-C scolded to himself. “Why I oughta…!”
Warp then turned to Stellar with a cocky smirk. “Fine, I’ll leave you two alone to enjoy your little blue toy, probably something kiddy anyway. It really suits you two little babies anyway.”
“That’s it! Let me at him, Stellar!”
Stellar was suddenly caught by surprise as Nebula-C used his control over the StarCom to manipulate Stellar’s right arm. In a full and strong swing Nebula-C punches Warp across the face by using Stellar’s arm, knocking him down hard and over a couple of desks. Stellar gasped in horror of what Nebula-C had just done while the entire classroom, including Crocket, stared in disbelief at what just happened.
It was such a huge shock considering Buzz Stellar is known to be a quiet and peaceful person who doesn’t resort to violence to solve problems like this. Not to mention knocking out Warp Darkmatter like that with just a single punch.
“d--n…” Crocket mutters in awe.
“…Uhhh…You think I put too much strength into it?” Nebula-C humorously asks as it sees Warp on the ground.
Stellar was staring in shock with his fist still outstretched. He slowly retracts it and looks around, seeing the entire class staring at him. He then broke out in a run, running out of the classroom and down the hallways, running away as far as he could from the classroom. He couldn’t believe what just happened, how could he…No, how could Nebula-C just do that?
Stellar continued to run until he reached the park behind the school. He stopped to catch his breath before angrily lifting his right arm and opening the lid of his StarCom. “Are you crazy?!” He scolded at Nebula-C. “How could you do such a thing?!”
Nebula-C scoffed and transported itself out of the StarCom and into the real world in front of Stellar. “That punk had it coming. Besides, I didn’t see you doing any attempts at defending yourself?”
Stellar glared and pointed at Nebula-C. “that’s entirely different! You can’t just up and slug someone across the face like that! You could’ve broken his face!”
“That would’ve been an improvement if you ask me.” Nebula-C spat as it crossed its arms and closed its wings tightly behind it.
“But you can’t just punch someone like that if you hate him! That’s an extremely bad thing to do!”
“Oh please! I didn’t hear you complaining yesterday when you trashed those Z-Hornets!”
“That’s…Uhhh…” Stellar slowly lowered his pointing finger. He doesn’t have anything to say about that.
Nebula-C just raised a hand at Stellar, not wanting to hear anymore. “Forget it, kid. You got no spine to get up and defense yourself even if it comes up to teeth and fists, it’s really puzzling me how you even gave birth to a Star Command. I’m out of here.”
Stellar wanted to say something, but he didn’t know exactly what to say. Nebula-C just gave him a look and then he was off, flying away into the distance toward who knows where. So that’s it, he thought, from here the two of them are going their separate ways. Stellar slowly brought up his right arm to look at his StarCom, slowly opening the lid and looking at the screen inside.
He sighed and walked to a tree, sitting under it and looking up at the sky. Is Nebula-C right? Is he just a spineless kid who doesn’t do the effort to stand up for himself just because he doesn’t want to throw a punch and hurt others?
“Hey,” Stellar looked to his left and saw Crocket walking up to him. “Are you okay?” He asked, noticing the look on Buzz’s face.
Buzz nodded in response. “Yeah…I’m fine. How’s Warp?”
Crocket shrugged. “He’s fine. Although he’s very sore of the thought of a ‘shrimp’ like you knocked him out so easily.”
Buzz gave a light chuckle, but it soon dropped as he turned his head to the skies, his eyes slowly lowering to the ground, still feeling about what Nebula-C told him.
“You really surprised us back there, Stellar.” Crocket commented as he sat next to his friend. “I honestly didn’t realized you had such a strength in you.”
“Yeah, me neither.” Buzz just couldn’t say a electromagnetic entity called a Lightyear manipulated his arm and was the one to punch Warp. What would he think?
“So I guess you had it up to here with Warp, eh?” Crocket jokingly remarked with a chuckle. “It was about time someone gave him a good slug anyway.”
“Heh.” That made Stellar smile a bit, but still he feels pretty bad about what he did, or what Nebula-C did, to Warp. “Still, I feel kind of bad. I’ll apologize to him when I see him around again.”
It sounded like a good plan, but suddenly something shows up to cancel it. Stellar and Crocket were alarmed upon feeling the ground shake all of a sudden, violently too. The two of them looked back and were startled to see the tree threatening to fall right on top of them!
The two kids screamed as they jumped to their feet and managed to get away before tree fell on them by mere inches. Stellar rolled on the ground and got up on one knee and gasped to see the one responsible for nearly crushing them. A yellow and black bird-like creature three times Stellar’s size. The Z on its forehead makes it obvious, a creation of the Emperor’s, just like the Z-Hornets.
“What the heck is that thing?!” Crocket exclaims in shock.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Nebula-C was angry muttering to itself as it continued to fly through the city of Capital Planet. He still questions Stellar’s capability of creating a Star Command.
After all, a Star Command isn’t just any other device. It’s an invention Nebula-C created to house the Galactic Alliance Code and other functions that held the Lightyear Force together as a team. It has communication capabilities, radar functions to find others with a Star Command, and most importantly it allows one to harness the power of the Lightyears, giving them the ability to go Lightyear like Buzz Stellar did to become Buzz Lightyear.
But most importantly, it’s where the Galactic Alliance Code is safely stored. The Star Command is capable of housing the code and basically turn it invisible, making it impossible for someone to track down the code. It’s the reason Nebula-C decided to keep half of the code in Stellar’s Star Command just in case. If he failed to destroy the Emperor, at least that evil Lightyear will never find the rest of it.
“Egh…” Or not. Nebula-C stops and turns around to face the direction from where it came from. it senses another Z wave, a unique wave created from the Emperor. Just what it feared, they found Stellar.
“d--n it!” Nebula-C insulted itself, how could it forget that after doing a Lightyear Change with a human its electromagnetic space waves would be all over him. He could be tracked down even if Nebula-C wasn’t with him. “I was so stupid…”
Now Nebula-C has to go back. If this Z wave takes the code Stellar has, things will get even more worse.

----------------------------------------------------------------
The creature continued its rampage as it screeched and took off into the air, shooting beams of plasma from its mouth to the ground below. Buzz Stellar and Rocket Crocket run for their lives avoiding the shots and attacks from this creature.
“Hurry it up, Stellar!” Crocket shouted to his friend.
“I’m trying!” Buzz breathed in and out as he tried to keep up with his friend. This thing is so huge and is a dangerous shot, they’re sitting ducks out here in the open.
The creature screeched again and flapped its wings, sending a strong gust of wind to the unsuspecting people below. Many grab onto trees to hang on, others lie on their stomachs on the ground, others just stay indoors.
Stellar and Crocket manage to find shelter behind a wall, keeping their eyes on the creature in case it found them. d--n, Stellar thought to himself, if Nebula-C was here. Stellar looked down at Crocket who’s crouched down next to him covering his head from any flying debris and winds.
Oblivious to the danger outside Warp absently walked outside while rubbing his temple, still sore from the punch he received earlier. “d--n Stellar…” He cursed. “Punched me while my guard was down…I’ll show that no good son of a-”
A sudden gust of wind interrupted the sore troublemaker and tossed him to the ground. He questioned what the heck just hit him as he got up and as soon as he looked up he got his answer in the form of a huge bird-like thing flying around.
“Warp!” Stellar cried as he got out from behind the wall. “Get back in the school! Run!”
But Warp was glued to his spot in fear as he stared up at the thing as this creature looked down at him. It screeched loudly and zoomed down for the attack.
Stellar gasped and stepped in, feeling powerless to help when he’s needed the most. “Warp!”
The creature was about to land on Warp when a green streak zoomed by and collided against the creature’s head, knocking it out of the sky and into the ground below in a loud thud.
“Nebula!” Buzz cried in relief.
But instead of Nebula-C responding the boy it kept glaring at the creature as it circled around and zoomed in to attack the creature again. “Ah, my favorite prey! The ZE-Hornet!”
The ZE-Hornet screeched again, this time shooting what seems to be sonic waves from its mouth. Nebula-C cried in pain as it flew right into that attack, knocking it down. But Nebula-C knew what to do, and before it hit the ground it turned itself over and stopped its descent before colliding to the ground.
“Nebula!” Stellar cried as he ran up to his Lightyear friend. “I’m coming!”
Nebula-C grunted a bit in pain and shot a glare at Buzz. “Peh, go back to hiding.”
Stellar stopped as he looked at Nebula-C, a bit taken back with the way it’s looking at him. “Nebula…”
But Nebula-C narrowed his glare. “I’m not in the mood to baby-sit defenseless children.”
Stellar just watched as Nebula-C looked up and zoomed back up to fight against the ZE-Hornet. Defenseless children?
Stellar looked up and watched as Nebula-C bravely fought against this creature, dodging its attacks and avoiding the creature’s wing attacks and laser shots. Nebula-C once stated it didn’t have a reason to protect and save humans, but why is it fighting to protect him and the school? Why didn’t it just go away to continue on its adventure and let this creature go?
Stellar watched in grief as Nebula-C got shot by a laser shot and then slammed by the ZE-Hornet’s tackle. He could feel his heart pounding against his chest, screaming and longing to help; to give Nebula-C a hand and destroy this thing.
He closed his hand into a fist. A defenseless child…Him? At first, yes; but now…The thought of the Emperor searching for the Galactic Alliance Code to destroy everything…It made him feel like wanting to destroy this Emperor…To protect his planet…No, the galaxy. He looks back up, seeing Nebula-C braving this creature but being pummeled despite its speed. Nebula-C can’t defeat this thing, how can it expect to defeat the Emperor?
Nebula-C clutches its wound and brings out its arms, grabbing the ZE-Hornet from tackling it again, locked in a dead grip. If it tackles Nebula-C, it’s over.
Stellar wishes to defend his friend…This school…The galaxy…Everybody…Nebula-C…
“Ne…Bu…La…”
Nebula-C blinks. Stellar? Nebula-C looks down at Stellar, who’s looking up at it with a glare and fists clenched. Nebula-C recognizes that look from yesterday.
"I...Will...Fight..."
Nebula-C barely heard him, but it knew what he said. “What?”
Stellar lowered his head and repeated himself. “I…Will fight…”
Nebula-C knows what he’s saying, but it wants him to say it with pride. “I can’t hear you!”
This time Stellar throws his head up to Nebula-C with a confident glare and grin. “I will fight! Let’s go! Lightyear Change!”
Nebula-C looked at the ZE-Hornet and gave a cocky grin. “I was waiting for you to say that!” With a cry Nebula-C threw the ZE-Hornet back and punched it right in the face, knocking it down to the ground in a loud bang. Immediately after that Nebula-C powered up with an eagle screech and shot up into the sky and then down at Stellar, who’s holding his right arm up to it.
“Let’s go, Stellar!” Nebula-C shouted.
Stellar nodded with a smile. “Lightyear Change!!”
Nebula-C landed down on Stellar in a blinding pillar of light and fused with him and his StarCom. In an instant Stellar was engulfed in a green flare and dissipated as white armor with green on his boots, gloves, wrists and chest armored the boy. Stellar opened his eyes and jumped with a spin and breaks out of the flares and lands on his feet on the ground, now donning the suit of armor, now transformed as Buzz Lightyear!
And just in time too, the creature stood up with a screech and took off into the sky, ready to continue its attacks. Buzz quickly jumped back and onto the roof of the lunch room, ready to face off the flying creature, the ZE-Hornet.
“I never took on a flying enemy before.” Buzz commented with a hint of fear in his voice.
“They’re horribly weak anyway, no need to sweat. A good rapid firing gun will put them down easily.”
The ZE-Hornet screeched and charged for a tackle. Buzz retaliated by jumping up into the air and avoiding the attack as the ZE-Hornet rammed its head into the lunch room building.
While in mid-air Buzz opened the badge lid and took out a Lightyear Badge. He then held the badge up and slammed it down in the indentation on his right arm. “Lightyear Badge! Formation!! Gatling gun!”
The badge disappeared and materialized the Gatling gun in his hand. He then aimed and squeezed the trigger, shooting an array of plasma gun into the creature’s body and damaging it. The ZE-Hornet screeched in pain but it shook it off before taking off into the sky again. Buzz maneuvered and placed a foot on the creature’s face and pushes himself off, landing on a vacant building across the street of the school. From there he watched the creature as it zoomed from side to the other, waiting for its next move.
It came as the creature opened its mouth to screech and shooting out a sonic wave at him. Buzz jumped to the side and rolled, continuing in shooting the creature with his Gatling gun. The creature screeched in pain but then flapped its wings, throwing a gust of wind at Buzz’s direction.
But Buzz was faster then that and jumped off the building to avoid the gust of wind, but he made a slight miscalculation. Instead of jumping away he jumped toward the creature, and as a prize for his mistake he got smacked by the creature’s wing, knocking away as he screamed from the smack and slamming hard against the school’s wall before falling down to the concrete ground below.
“Agh…” Buzz grunted as he slowly got up, rubbing his face.
“That was a stupid move, Stellar!” Nebula-C criticized. “You can’t just jump toward the enemy like that!”
“I know, I know…” Buzz took note as the ZE-Hornet shot lasers at him just in time for the dodge. He jumped to the side and rolled, dodging the shots as they penetrated through the school walls.
Buzz needed to take care of this Hornet and fast. He dismissed the Gatling gun and opened the badge lid again, taking out another badge and holding it up. “Lightyear Badge! Formation!! Machine Gun!”
He slammed the badge into the indentation on his right arm and materialized the badge, turning it into a high powered rapid firing plasma machine gun. Buzz ran to the side to avoid another sonic wave attack from the ZE-Hornet while holding the powerful gun in both his hands and then he jumped forward in a roll to avoid another laser shot. Now within range he aimed and allowed the intense array of plasma shots go off against the ZE-Hornet’s body, peppering it with hundreds of plasma shots and not letting up on the offensive.
Unfortunately machine guns tend to be huge ammo burners, and before Buzz knew it the gun ran out of bullets. “Uh-oh…”
“Yeah, I never liked that gun…” Nebula-C commented despite being in danger zone.
The creature screeched and slammed down a foot, sending a strong sonic wave to Buzz’s direction and striking him head-on. Buzz yelled as he flew back and landed on the ground in a huge thud, trembling in pain.
“Get up, Stellar!” Nebula-C commanded. “You’re toast if you stay here! Stellar!”
Buzz slowly sits up and rubs his head. He looks up and screamed before jumping in a back flip, barely avoiding the ZE-Hornet in slamming its beak into his body.
As the creature struggled to get its beak free from the ground, Nebula-C had an idea. “Now, Stellar! Blast its head off!”
Buzz nodded. “Got it!” He quickly opened his badge lid and took out a badge, holding up and then slamming it into the indentation on his right arm. “Lightyear Badge! Formation!! Shotgun!”
The plasma shotgun materialized in his hand and, taking quick aim to the ZE-Hornet’s head in point bank, pulls the trigger. Usually this gun’s shot blows up in a huge array of bullets to take up a wide range, but in short range it’s at its most powerful. The shot was so strong it made a crack in the ZE-Hornet’s face as it screeched in agony as it threw its head back.
“Now, Stellar!” Nebula-C cried out. “Finish it with a bang!”
“Roger!” Buzz quickly opened his badge lid and took out another badge, slamming it into the indentation. “Lightyear Badge! Formation!! Plasma Magnum!”
A gun materialized in his hand, an extremely powerful semi-automatic magnum, one of the most powerful plasma guns in the entire galaxy. But as Nebula-C told him before, there’s no time for admiration. Buzz held the gun and aimed accurately and pulled the trigger, a powerful shot rang out and the recoil threw Buzz down to the ground.
Despite the recoil the shot hit its mark, right in the crack on the ZE-Hornet’s face. The creature screeched and in a second the entire thing exploded in a bright light, causing everyone within the area to shield their eyes.
“Mother of Venus…” Buzz comments as he now admires the power of this magnum weapon.
“Ah, the plasma magnum. I love it!” Nebula-C comments with a hearty laugh.
Down the street police sirens can be heard. No doubt, the Galaxy Police are heading to the scene. Ty Parsec leads the squad as he rides in front of the group in his police cruiser.
“Hm?” He stops his cruiser in front of the school and steps out, seeing a bunch of what seems to be metallic parts scattered on the ground. Something huge has blown up here.
“The police.” Buzz comments as he just stands there in the middle of it all, still not noticed by the police.
“Let them take care of the scrap.” Nebula-C comments before surrounding Buzz in his green flare and shooting up into the sky, disappearing along with Buzz.
Ty Parsec walks to the scene as students and people walk out from the school, library and surrounding buildings, all of them relieved that the monster is no more. “Galaxy Police!” Ty announces as he holds out his badge just in case. He motions the rest of his squad to scatter out to look for any injured civilians and any clues on what happened. He kneels down to where he finds a huge piece of scrap, seeing some plasma marks on the thing.
Ty looks around after examining the piece of scrap. He knows there was no police force in the area at the time, and even if there were none of them carry plasma weapons to leave this kind of mark on their targets. Only one possible suspect comes to mind. “Buzz Lightyear…” He muttered as he stood up. “This was your doing…”
As the people below look around at the disaster Buzz Stellar looks down from the roof of this school. Capital Planet High’s roof is usable as an extra private balcony for students to sit and appreciate the view of the city.
“Once again you have exceeded expectations.” Nebula-C commented from inside the StarCom.
Stellar smiles and looks into the StarCom. “Heheh, I couldn’t have done it without your help.”
“Peh, I really didn’t do anything. I just kicked back and let you kick that ZE-Hornet’s butt. It was all you. I guess you’re not defenseless, after all.”
Stellar gave a nod. Nebula-C is right; he’s not as defenseless as he thought. For once in his life, he felt tall and strong. “Thanks, Nebula.”
“Hm? What for?”
“For coming back to help. I thought you said you didn’t care for the planet to even try to save us.”
Nebula-C turned its head away from Stellar with a scoff. “Bah, I didn’t do it for you or your puny planet. I did it to protect the Galactic Alliance Code and the Star Command. It’d be hell if the Emperor got its hands on them.”
Stellar chuckled. Despite Nebula-C’s excuse, he knows deep down this Lightyear cares about him and the planet, and would do anything to protect it.
“Anyway,” Nebula-C tries to change the subject. “Does this mean you’ll join in the struggle against the Emperor and protect the code?”
Stellar gave a brave nod. “I’ll defend my planet and the galaxy!”
Nebula-C gave an honorable nod to his partner. “Excellent. Welcome aboard the Lightyear Force, Buzz Lightyear.”
Buzz Stellar closed his eyes with a smile. For once in his life he felt like a true man, capable of overcoming anything and protecting those he holds dear. Forget the defenseless and silent Buzz Stellar, say hello to the courageous and capable Buzz Stellar, also to be known as Buzz Lightyear!
(Phew, that's it for the second chapter)

What does the Nebula-C and Zurg-E look like in extensive detail? I love drawing giant, battling entities. I have this epic fight all sketched out! Just need some details, and I can get to work on lineart! =D

What does the Nebula-C and Zurg-E look like in extensive detail? I love drawing giant, battling entities. I have this epic fight all sketched out! Just need some details, and I can get to work on lineart! =D Awesome! Let's see...Nebula-C resembles an eagle with a white mustache on its face like Nebula from the show. Its body has a fuzzy and flaring texture like its body is made of a flare, and its whole body is green, hard to explain. Its eyes are the same as in the show. Nebula-C doesn't have legs since he just floats around, like a ghostly tail. Despite its eagle body Nebula-C has arms, not just wings. It also has a white armor chest plate and on its wrists, similar like a wristband of an armor but it's more like a gauntlet. It also has a white helmet. As for the Emperor, its design is similar to Nebula-C's, but its body is purple and the armor on its chest, wrists and helmet are black and more evil looking. Its eyes are a deadly glowing red glare. the Emperor doesn't resemble anything in particular, it looks similar to Zurg from the show, except more demonic and intimidating with the sharp claws on its hands and everything. Well the Emperor was born from the negative electromagnetic brain waves from every single being in the galaxy =P I hope that helps.
