The music during that part totally made it six million times more awesome. For me, anyway. Because I'm a cartoon score nerd. Heh.

I always wondered why Booster didn't catch XR's red eyes and his evil laugh. I mean it was right there in front of him. Unless he'd already left.

That's just stupid cartoon logic for you. Stuff that a character SHOULD catch that he DOESN'T.

That happens all the time. Or maybe he wasn't supposed to see it, but he just had red yes to show little kids that he was possessed or something.

The more I think about this episode, the more I wonder if this is the kind of episode that would give really young kids nightmares. I mean, an energy vampire? That's pretty scary stuff for little kids.
But not for us older peeps. NOS 4 A2 is probably one of my favorite episodes for the simple reason that it is just so dramatic in an almost dark sort of way. It's suspenseful, and NOS 4 A2 is one of those villains that actually isn't about the stupid plots and the comic relief. I think he's probably the most evil of all the bad guys - except for maybe Evil Buzz, that dude meant business.
But yeah, that's why I love this episode. That and the superb animation, which I think I've mentioned previously.

That's pretty scary stuff for little kids. Did, actually. The show first aired when I was 7 or 8, and when I first saw this episode, I was freaked out. I did have a few nightmares involving him too. I hated him for that (stupidly) for the longest time, until I saw the episode again years later, and wondered to myself whatever I found so frightening about him in the first place. (Wow, long time, no post...)

Yaaay!!! Forum activity! anyways yeah, actually I ALWAYS thought Nos was awesome from the first time I saw him and I was only 7 or 8 at the time, see I'm not scared very easily, creeped out by things others often find stupid, but not easily actually scared, my first time screaming out of actual fear being about a few months too a year ago. Wow, I really like to brag all of a sudden sorry
